It was extremely dirty. Upper door hinge was broken.
The room was full of flies and bugs
In need of easy and inexpensive repairs; a simple bead of chaulk around the tub to seal gaps. Visible mold in tub seams. Bed hard as floor; I had to check twice to see if the mattress was just another box spring. Not enough blankest.

The bed bugs and dead bugs every only one towel and no soap to clean your hands it was nasty
