Beds were comfortable

No hot tub, pool was COLD. Bathtub was stained. Was double charged and has not been reversed yet.

Pool was not working and that?s why we picked the hotel so the two little cousins could swim together. A great disappointment.

The Breakfast was delicious

This is the WORST Hampton I have EVER stayed in, and I have stayed in lots of Hamptons! Cut fingernails on the room carpet, broken window curtains, broken end table, mold on shower door and runner and low quality receptionist,ie: no greeting or thank you!

There was construction in progress that greatly impacted our stay. Also the water was luke warm at best so no showers. Not my expectation of a Hilton property.

The location was convenient for our stay.

We travel a lot & stay in a lot of different hotels, normally only 4-5 star rated hotels (as we thought this was). Needless to say, this hotel was in disrepair. Walls chipped, cracked & dirty. Our room was FILTHY. Mold/mildew in shower. Disappointed!!!!!

I'm surprised there weren't roaches.

All of the above. No running water in the morning. TV satellite kept disconnecting, and there was no guide for it anyway. A/C kept turning on and off constantly every couple minutes, waking us up, no matter how you set the thermostat. Everything is broken

Toilet had ring around water line that looked like it had not been cleaned. Floors in common area and room had not been vacuum. Dust balls in vents and the the night stand and dresser was dusted in the middle but left dirty behind the light and phone.

Very dirty and ice machines did not work on upper floors. Staff blamed dirt on previous constructions Workers. I guess they should have dusted properly and cleaned the toilet. Not coming back.

not clean throughout hotel, leftover jellybeans on the floor, top of linens not changed from last customer. No shampoo, extra toilet paper or enough towels. Generally not fresh and clean for a Hampton Inn.

The staff was very uninformed, they didn’t even know where the ice machine was. They didn’t have anything for breakfast. The stair halls were dirty, the room needed some repairs. Out of coffee when people were leaving in the morning.

Hotel was clean.

Pool was closed due to COVID-19 No breakfast although it was advertised due to COVID-19

The main reason we stayed at this hotel was because of their breakfast. Very very upset as they didn't have anything. I understand why, but they should take free breakfast off their website.

Clean and comfortable

Desk clerk on Saturday morning was as rude as I have ever met. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Bad attitude!

Great location

Front desk staff was terrible; worst I have ever seen. Not behind the desk. Another guest told me to find her sleeping in the lobby. Took several minutes to wake her from sleeping on couch in lobby.

Large size of the suite. Variety of breakfast.

There was algae in the pool. Carpet and wall damage in room. Bugs in stairway.

I really liked the size of the room. I have a unique situation and the space made it so much better.

I wish there was a bath tub in the room, but we got along without one.

Breakfast was great! And different items on different days!

My boys have been in many pools in hotel and said this pool had an over salty taste

The vicinity was perfect for our meeting. The hotel was within easy access to stores and restaurants. Very accommodating front desk staff that was fabulous! What a pleasure to visit this fine hotel.

The A/C was cold.

Breakfast was disgusting! I've stayed at Hampton Inn's in many cities and this was the worst. Cleaning supplies were left in my room. No soaps or shampoos in the room. Hotel staff was very rude upon check out. I will NOT be back to this location!!

The hotel and room was very nice!

Checked in at 8pm and was informed the pool and hot tub was closed for cleaning. Even though there was no one in the pool area cleaning and the pool was closed until the next day.

The suite we stayed in with our family was just what we needed.

The pool was not heated. The hot tub was not filled.
