Lucille's Hotel, Restaurant, & Bar

Breakfast bar was amazing room was nice in clean

location

Soft beds loud air conditioner

Big bed and very clean.

Air conditioner could have been a little quieter it had a rattler problem.

Very convenient location by I-40. Rooms appear to be recently refurbished and initial appearance was quite clean. Comfortable bed

Shower design was not ideal, with no easy place to hang towels and washcloth in shower. Hairs on shower wall. One dead cockroach by door in room, along with another dead beetle.

Very friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Great restaurant next door.

Location; breakfast was very good

First room was not clean, had to get moved to another room. Very noisy at night. Hotel staff not responsive to phone calls. Holiday Inn main customer service number hung up on us twice when trying to complain about the noise.

Closeness to where I needed tongo

When we went into the room it looked clean but just had a weird smell. We could never figure out what the smell was but it wasn¿t pleasant. We sprayed perfume to get rid of the smell.

Clean room, great breakfast and refreshing pool!

There was 2 buses full of high schoolers staying so it was a bit noisy but all in all wasnt too bad

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

I had to ask about food options, specifically Lucille's Roadhouse within walking distance. As a traveler, you'd like to receive this information up front and not have be so specific.

If road had been open it would have been an easy on/off the highway. Very good breakfast. Loved the diner nearby.

Shower was weird - shower head did not angel down much for shorter people

the staff was great, great location

The refrigerator is very loud during the night and I could've done without that.

lawn mowers outside bedroom at 7:30 am

It was a beautiful place. The accommodations were great.

One thing. The girl who was in the breakfast room. I spilled some eggs. She did not like this one bit. I apologized. She had not comment and looked totally put out. The food was good.

Breakfast and friendly staff. Good location for our NYE event.

Not enough outlets, no USB outlets, shower didn¿t have curtain and sprayed all over the floor. Fan would not run continuously. Staff was banging next door while they were cleaning and we were trying to sleep.

This hotel should have a higher star rating in my opinion. The staff is excellent, the breakfast was great - better than most! The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The heated pool was perfect. We will stay here again.

I made reservations on a site that listed this motel as " pet friendly". When we arrived I double-checked before my daughter-in-law came in with her 2.5 lb. dog. The clerk said the information online was mistaken and we could not stay but would be charg

Hotel staff friendly.

When we entered our room there was a live roach then another dead one in the bathroom. Room had a bad smell even though it appeared to be newly renovated.

Vicinity to stores and downtown. Right next to a great restaurant Lucille's.

Towels are too small in the rooms. Pool was great, but there were never towels available. I always had to ask the front desk. Hot breakfast items seemed to be just warmed in the back and not made fresh.

Quiet clean and comfortable

Staff was kinda rude for being in the Midwest.

Very good location right off the highway. Easy access to food and fuel . Friendly and helpful staff

As of February 2019 the hotel is under construction . This is temporary and I will leave that wants the remodel is done the hotel is going to look excellent .
