Embassy Suites By Hilton Hotel Tulsa-I-44

Clean rooms. The Amenities are top notch!

Needs a curtain on the window to block outside light. It is noisy until 10pm but they are good about making everyone quiet after that time.

The location was great and the rooms where nice.

Our air was not working even after maintenance came to fix it, we were too tired to move to another room (which wasn't offered). My face towel had hair and dirt spots on it when wet.

Location is great

AC didn't work well, told them about it. And they didn't do anything. After an all day drive we book this room to have a nice sleep. But that didnt happened. It was too warm to fall asleep in. Entertainment center is falling apart. And smeared nasty yellow thing on the wall. Super grossed out. Staffs in the front desk didn't even apologized about it. They have a "oh well" attitude. For almost $200 room it should have been a positive one. But let's just say it didn't meet our expectations.

The breakfast was spectacular. The room was spacious and very clean.

Bathroom door shoud be replaced, lock mechanism was messed up.

The rooms are big, and the beds are comfy. There is an indoor pool and jacuzzi, which is nice in the winter. The breakfast and evening reception are wonderful! The location is nice, not on a busy street.

Good location decent pricing and size room, loved separate areas

Not sure why but the room had nats or fruit flies when we were there. This issue was to be addressed during cleanup however, due to the different time frames that housekeeping was working I don’t think it got remedied . Figured this was just a one off situation as our previous stays have been fine.

The breakfast was good. The room was fairly clean. The older front desk staff lady with the red hair was very nice. I'm sorry I didn't get her name to mention it here. She was really a team player. The hotel was located in a good location.

The bartender working on Wednesday 7/24 during the business reception ruined my entire day. She insisted on seeing my drink tickets. However, she allowed a white man to get his drink without a ticket. He said he didn't get a ticket. I didn't receive a drink ticket either when I checked in and explained that to her as well. I don't have a problem with rules, I do, however, have a problem when there are different standards for upholding the rules. I'm not playing the race or the sex card, but I am playing the cards she dealt. She also said there was a limit to the number of complementary drinks. I have stayed at embassy suites across the country, and this was the first time I heard about a limit. This was quite honestly my worst stay at an embassy suite. If I should ever go back to Tulsa Oklahoma, I know I won't be staying at the embassy suites.

The air conditioning is terrible! It was SO hot in our room! After reading reviews it seems to be a common complaint. Was charged $5 + tax a day to park in the parking lot! We drove 3 hours, where were we supposed to park?? The hotel apparently had flood/storm damage & is in the midst of major repairs, was not told this until day of arrival. Everything was roped off & smelled musty! Woke up at 7:30am to construction noise. Stains in the carpet, hotel is showing its age. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, we won't stay there again. Disappointed as I expected more from an Embassy Suites!
