The staff was very nice and helpful.

The TV in the room did not work, they were to fix it and the guy showed up and said it would be working in 30 minutes it was not and we called again and he never showed up. Also the elevator was broken and room was on 2nd floor had one person using walker

I didn¿t get to stay here the hotel was overbooked. Upon my arrival I was informed I would need to go somewhere else. Very upsetting experience.

The AC went out and they did not have another room available. The hotel smelled of smoke

The staff was very unprofessional. Attempted to check us into a room that was already occupied. And then laughed about it. Didn¿t even apologize.

Awful. Roaches. Broken elevator. Closed pool. Soggy breakfast. Dirty. Not good

The rooms are big and clean! They have everything u need besides a kitchen!! Very happy here!

Elevator is out of service

No hot water some nights, smoke detector kept beeping, staff was clueless, elevator broken.

Price and I can get rested there.

There wasn't hot water to take a shower before work.

I asked front desk for three days to fix the bath tub . Everytime it was maintenance is not here but I'll have them get right on it. This never happened, Actually the lobby flooded from the sprinkler system and the pipes busting. Look somewhere else

Whole experience was horrible front desk never answered the phone when calling from the room. Roaches everyway, no urgency for customer satisfaction at all

Comfy bed!

It would've been nice to have a later check out and a better breakfast. With to go possible choices or container to take as checking out early or to get to work. I was staying for work and maybe fix the things needed instead of taping .

No early Check in. Ditty room. Wrinkled bedding. Old panties.

The plumbing was bad, it smelled, it was dirty.

The beds were very comfortable. The front desk clerk was awesome when we checked in.

Our room was dirty. The beds had visible crumbs on them and prominent stains. The bathroom had hairs on the sink and toilet. The breakfast was a joke. The pool was green.

No breakfast like it said and roaches were crawling all over my bed.

Loud slamming doors ,,,not quite at all No bereakfest like said in ad,,, price was high for a few hours $70 plus deposit $50 clean deposit ,,,, I got mine bk ,,

It was warm and dry in a sleet storm.

Motel is old and worn. Hallways were stinky from cigarettes. Free breakfast was almost nonexistent.

Staff was very nice

There were roaches in the room and the bed sheets had stains on them. We checked in and left and when we returned there was a bottle of water that was not our nor was it there when we had left. The pool was nasty and the breakfast was super limited.
