room was average but clean.

the price was outrageous for the room we received. 2 queens for $----. ridiculous.

staff was very friendly, breakfast was really good, and the resources are awesome.

the air kept turning off, so on the 4th floor it kept fluctuating of being too hot and then the air would kick back on. But the room was great.

Was very clean nice room kids loved the pool even though kinda small and the games in the lobby. Setting area was very nice.

Surprised at how sloppy dressed the people running the desk was not to friendly either. I mean they were not rude. It was just here's ur room bye.

When we walked in, the decor was so cheerful and bright. Everything looked and smelled clean. The staff was friendly in a casual way. Breakfast was simple but tasty. The bed was comfortable.

The bed. I don¿t know who in the hotel industry decided to buy beds that are hard with a few inches of padding¿they are awful. $120 a night should get a better bed.

Have stayed twice and mattresses were different. First one was a 10, second was a 6. Buffet is limited, but plenty of breakfast options nearby.

EVERYTHING! The room as clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was great! Location was perfect for me to visit Cherokee historical sights and food options nearby by were plenty.

I just thinks it¿s a good quality hotel and it¿s cute.

The bed was a little uncomfortable and the floor was sticky so we went over it with a wet towel but otherwise it¿s great.

location is really nice. I like the idea of snacks and drinks available in lobby. Bed and pillows were really comfortable.

I would just like to suggest that each room needs atleast 2 chairs for relaxing in.. Staying in room and having to set on the bed is hard at times for seniors like my husband and I. Also no ice buckets were available in room or with ice machine.

Every employee we came in contact with was great. Everyone was very polite, it truly made for a great experience. Loved the games in the lobby.

Extremely nice hotel. Relaxing and inviting lobby area; beautiful fire pit next to the outdoor pool; well stocked coffee/tea bar in the lobby. Great breakfasts with nice variety during our 3 night stay. Staff was friendly, helpful, accommodating!
