Regency Inn and Suites

The hot tub

It didnt habe heat and the internet went down at midnight and nobody answered the phone to get any help

Good location

We expected a whirlpool tub in room as I had injured my ribs and ankles; however, when we immediately noticed there wasnt one and there was no plug in tub and the hot tub was under construction, they refused to let us upgrade to a room that had one.

Location

Bathroom had putty in the shower. While my son was taking a shower he stepped on that spot and went thru the tub hurting his foot. Staff acted like they didn¿t even care and even blamed him for the damage. Horrible experience!!!

Perfect location to visit Stilwell and the surrounding areas.

Convenient location. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Separate living room.

The only things was the furniture in living room was quite old and torn but I really did t even care because everything was so comfortable

Easy in and out. Only a mile from the funeral home.

Alarm on hotel room door. We heard every truck, car and loud motorcycle going down the road all night. Complimentary breakfast was sub-standard so we went to McDonalds.

We did not utilize the breakfast but it looked great! The stay was pleasant and parking was super convenient. We will definitely stay again!

Close too Walmart

The whistling shower head or the black mold above sink

Check In was Fast room has recliner chair was relaxing.

Big room ask for hot tub did not get i stay there alot love the hotel but the one room floors dirty sink leak bed sheets was dirty

Dirty floors sink leak dirty sheets

The price and clean, They had the air on for us and the room was already cooled,

A blanket or heavier coverlet for the beds, The coffee was noticeably weak both days,

I don’t know because there was an error in the booking and nobody from the motel would get back with me either by phone or messages to resolve the honest mistake! Booking.com wasn’t any help either! Same stupid auto message every time I sent one starting a week before arrival when I realized the issue!!!

Our room was clean and comfortable. I would stay again. Great value for your money in a small town.

Good location. Walmart just across the street and a nice Mexican restaurant delivers.

Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Booking was super weird. Somehow, a second room got booked in my name.

Clean and comfortable. Felt safe for our family.

Wish it was a bit more sound proof, but still would stay there again.

Perfect location for my needs. Great nights sleep. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were my sons favorite part.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Walmart across the street. Good working a/c.
