Nice hotel. I was surprised at how nice and roomy the rooms were. The rooms were clean. The staff was nice and friendly. The valet parking wasn't an efficient service. They parked our car when we first arrived at the hotel but every other time we just retrieved our keys from the valet parking staff and walked to our car. When we came back to the hotel sometimes the valet parking staff wasn't at their booth so we would park ourselves and turn keys in to desk staff. The hotel is charging $22 a day to park in their parking lot. It's downtown so they are trying to prevent non-guests from parking there but I feel guests shouldn't have to foot that bill, but whatever. Hot breakfast. Other than that I would stay again.
Valet parking was a joke

The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. They did a great job with room request. The rooms where nice and very comfortable. All the carpet rolls was kind of a pain but understandable. Would stay here again special if the valet parking was optional.
Didn't like having to do valet parking. Would have no problem paying for parking but not having our vehicle keys to even go back to the vehicle for items without having to track them done was ridicules.

The location is great. We have been staying there off and on since 2018. It is close to all the activities we come to town for.
This and the last visit a week ago has been the worst visits since we started visiting there. Last time there was a pubic type of hair on the desk in the room and fecal matter on the toilet. At breakfast, it was a full house of people eating and the kitchen help couldn't even keep the juice station open for a little longer so people could get one last drink while they finish their food. Plus, the milk was expired! This time, it was around 9:45 while we were laying in bed, after eating breakfast, and all of the sudden, despite the "do not disturb" sign on the door, a house keeping maid opens our door and says "oh, sorry"! Does she not understand the sign? While checking out, the desk clerk apologized, but then defended the house keeping saying our "do not disturb" sign was on the floor! We know it can fall off at times...as many times we have stayed there, but we always double check and make sure that it is on the door. We are not stupid, which is how we were made to feel. This new state and management is definitely not like the last and so we will never be coming back to this location!

The room amenities and size and quiet space. I like that it's close to Bricktown.
Valet parking should be optional but the service was great!

Rooms were good size. Staff very friendly.
The hotel was not prepared in kitchen for the numbers that were there this past week. The valet people need to stay longer.
