Tru By Hilton Oklahoma City Airport, OK

I was very pleasantly surprised by everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby and breakfast areas had plenty of seating and there were games and a pool table. There were boards with suggestions on things to do and places to eat. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable with plenty of pillows and the lotions, shampoo, and body wash were so good I wanted them for my home.

The property is clean and simple. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, too.

The Tru is one of our preferred hotels to stay at. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The breakfast is always great, and there are plenty of choices for everyone.

The area we stayed at was not very safe at night. We were told by staff that we should park our car in front of the hotel. There was a large number of homeless people in the area. We have been moving across the country and had the rest of our things in the car. We did not sleep well.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. As it was not expensive we expected a lower quality place. Tru by Hilton was everything we needed - fresh, clean, great facilities,a REAL hairdryer (fantastic), great toiletries, a good selection of foods for breakfast. Snacks and drinks and 24/7 coffee available in the lobby. We have nothing to complain about. We wish there were more like this where we are travelling.

Not a complaint, more like a suggestion: some towel rails in the bathroom would be helpful. There is plenty of room for them and it will help the towels dry more thoroughly, rather than hanging on hooks.

Water pressure in shower was very weak.
