- There was nothing I liked about this hotel.
- Staff were exceptional going above and beyond to make your stay pleasant
Cons -
- Need refund!! Turned away!! Even though already paid for!!!!
- When I got to my room the AC unit wasn?t working, the lamps did not work and the phone did not work. I tried to get a refund but was told that since I had already checked in nothing could be done.
