Room clean and smelled clean. Enjoyable experience

We were attending an event at the convention center which was within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable and located on the 6th floor (a total of 8). There was an in-house restaurant/lounge and an attached parking garage, self or valet. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was quiet on the floor, did not sound like many rooms were being used. The room itself was reasonably priced for 2 nights.

The prices were alittle steep for breakfast -$19.00, and the garage was $23 self per night or $32 valet. There were no other options for breakfast, there was paid parking in other areas. We self paid and didn't eat breakfast. The restaurant was open at night and we tried to check on the menu but no luck, ordered pizza instead. There wasn't a microwave and the tub did not drain well. We also had trouble with room keys not working. We had to change rooms, then the key stopped working on it the second night. Good thing one of us was inside, because they didn't fix it. We told the lady when we left it wasn't working because we needed it to get out of the garage. She said it was ok, not ok, we had to call to get someone to let us out. My husband had made a statement about the prices and the lady didn't say anything, we checked our receipt and there was an added restaurant charge. My husband had to go back in a get it removed.

Very good hotel

The staff are super friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. The exercise room looked nice. Indoor pool. Plenty of outlets in the room. The Parmesan fries at the bar are delicious.

Breakfast is overpriced. Everything is good, just overpriced. Had trouble with the room temperature. At 68, it got too cold. At 69, it got too warm. The shower head was almost too high to reach. I’m 5’4”. Great for tall people.

The only good thing about our stay was that rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Good location in the centre, walking distance to bricktown or the Omni convention centre.

The staff was not very helpfull. Our room got cleaned twice during our 6-night stay. Breakfast had very poor cleanliness standarts- dirty plates, cutlery and occasional cockroach in site. Bakery was not fresh and items were often missing or not replenished. Also our room was facing the train tracks and a busy crossroad. The noice was unbearable. I had to sleep with ear plugs all the nights.

Breakfast was so unorganized and paid $20.00 bucks for a regular hotel breakfast that is usually included.

Lot of the outlets didn’t work. I have 3 things to charge. The refrigerator wasn’t on.

It was a great location. We went to a concert at the Paycom Center, that was right next door. Took a nice walk thru Bricktown, did some shopping, and got a bite at Toby Keith's I love this bar. Like I said it is in a great location. The bed was really comfortable. I slept like a baby, after a night of rocking out with Daughtry and Disturbed. Will definitely stay here again.

I would have to say, the only thing I really didn't like was having to pay for parking. I don't think I've ever had to pay for parking at a hotel.
