The staff was amazing and so helpful. We were a large group with multiple rooms and every one was perfect.

The only thing I didn’t like was the pool was emptied to update it but nothing else was wrong

Nothing....would not recommend to anyone.....well they at least had good ice

Not clean.shower was either burning hot or ice cold no in between. Stains on the floor on the walls in the bathroom.not enuff towels.said they had breakfast,they didn't, on one bed.the bedding was dusty.. key cards didn't work

The pool didn¿t work they didn¿t tell me until check in, the room stunk and they never did breakfast. After paying for these ammentaties I didn¿t access any of it. Really want a refund. Horrible experience

I had to pay 100 cash deposit. I had to withdraw money from ATM to pay for the room after they told me it came off my card. I would not recommend this to anyone. There was no one else staying in the hotel. There wasn't a wake up call

The bed was broken in the top corner and it was very difficult sleep. One person got 3 large spider bites in the night. The breakfast was terrible. Cold bagels and bread. Just so bad. This was a bad experience.

I checked in about 4pm and left for dinner around 8pm, both time there were sketchy looking people hanging around the front entrance smoking.

Location was good, easy to get to and close to balloon festival.

There was a bit of a musty smell in the hallways. Pool had about a foot of green water in the bottom and looked like it hadn¿t been opened for a while. Side door to hotel didn¿t shut all the way and even when it did it didn¿t lock.

Dirty, bums hanging around the entrance of the hotel and the room was all busted up. The door lock was broken (like the door was breached). The walls of the room were damaged by guests who caved the walls in and remained broken. Water around Aircon.

There were roaches in the room. My daughter went to warm up something in the microwave and a roach came out. There was a phone in the room without the handpiece. There was no clock in the room. Someone had placed plastic over the smoke alarm, not safe

Mold on ceiling, air conditioning didn¿t work, construction dust on floor of room.

What a creepy place. First room the carpet was wet and room musty. My brother on my ticket had to move because the room needed cleaning. The atmosphere was disgusting. 2nd room mold on AC. Never again in Comfort Inn. Obviously they don¿t care.

We liked: -the hotel was close to Castle of Muskogee that my mother and I were attending. -the room had a hot tub & mini fridge. -that the desk associates were pretty nice. -the price was very reasonable (tho for an under 12hr use)

We were disappointed: -the room closet smelled of paint & room door kept sticking. -only 2 towels, had to ask for more just to use the hot tub & shower (in hot tub) -that the pool we picked this hotel for was closed but listed as open

It wasn't too loud. AC functioned well.

Had to wait for the clerk to finish his cigarette before I could check in. The room smelled like smoke and was musty. The elevator reeked like weed. Room carpet was dirty enough to discolor our socks. They charged me for the room and I had already paid.

Checkin was easy

The room was dirty although the bed was clean. There were old towels in the shower. We saw a roach run through the room. The carpet was full of holes. Definitely didn¿t feel safe in there. This hotel is a place you stay and laugh about later

Had a Pool and Hot tub but understaffed so hot tub was not up to code for anyone. It just needed water added to it ¿¿

There was a low pet fee. Staff was friendly.

It does not meet brand standards in my opinion. The room was run down. It doesn't get cool in the room.

Price and location. This hotel was perfect as it was on the route we were traveling and easily spotted from the highway. Price was reasonable as we booked last minute.

Online showed hot breakfast, but when we arrived there was only grab and go items available.

I got charged twice and it was pure hell. I already prepaid and then got charged again. This depleted my checking account. My room the heater sounded like it was a jet and toilet kept filling with water. 5 days get back money.

The king suite was nice having a separated sleeping area.

It was a little run down with some questionable areas of the room. Also, when we pulled out the sofa bed for our daughters, there was a torch in it..so that was dangerous ¿¿
