Super friendly staff and housekeeping.

Walls were not insulated and sound traveled from above, down the hallways and more. I heard conversations, shower and even toilet usage. My wall unit heater became so loud I was awakened at 6am and could not fall back to sleep. I will not stay here again

Building is getting a little dated. Elevator is old and slow

The elevators was slow and I had to use 2 remotes to run the TV.

The afternoon clerk was very ?surly? to be polite. (Get a new job!) In a 90% empty hotel,she booked us in a room on the lobby, next to the ice machine. That all the construction workers emptied at 5:00 in the morning.

How clean it was and the how nice the staff was.

Mostly mild complaints: The A/C in the would fluctuate between letting the room get hot or too cold. Then, for a no smoking hotel, the first day our floor reeked of marijuana smoke. The other days, it was gone.

No ice machine on our floor. Had to go take elevator to second floor for ice.

It was clear this hotel was recently remodeled and has been well taken care of as it was extremely clean and smelled clean as well. Things were organized and well-marked as well. Honestly, it might be the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed at.

The staff could use training. We were woken up in the middle of the night b/c another guest left water on (which wasn't the hotel's fault). But staff talking at full volume & vacuuming the water in the middle of the night (keeping us up for 2 hours) was.

Conveniently located near the Castle.

The a/c wouldn't work correctly. But they weather was nice so it didn't matter.

Only mildly warm water for shower, not hot, even at a time when likelihood of high usage was very low (11:30 pm)

It has a good staff

Not so much the hotel but I wanted to upgrade to a suite and they couldn't and when I called you I was told they could but they wouldn't let me and neather would or could talk about it with each other

The hotel was clean , the bed was comfortable.

The front desk charged me for another nights stay after I had already paid in full for my stay on line before I had arrived. If I had not called back a day after I left I would have not got my money back. The Manager was very plesent to talk to and dea

The staff was accommodating when asked for items needed in the room. It was pet friendly, and the price was extremely reasonable.

The room smelled of mold and mildew. We were not given enough towels for the room.

I picked this motel because it had an indoor pool and it was out of order. I wish they had it posted on their web site. I had a child that was looking forward to that one thing.

Nothing. It was a horrible experience. We left a day early. Will never stay there again. I would rate our experience lower if I were able to

the night clerk was very rude to us and the People trying to check in before us.the pool and hot tub were broken,which was the whole reason we booked that hotel.the first room they put us in smelled horrible.tv was on,clothes on bed and open water.

Everything was good, breakfast was amazing,  who checked us in first night was superior

Our room had a mildew moldy pee smell. Not overwhelming but just a mention.

This hotel is easy to find, close to the interstate. Had a great breakfast, price was surprisingly low for a high quality hotel. Room was spacious, very clean, loved it!

Look like beds where not cleaned and look like there was bed bugs

The place was super clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice and well as dining area.

The jets in the hot tub did not work which was disappointing since we really looked forward to using it.
