SureStay by Best Western Muskogee

The staff was friendly

The room smelled musty/mildewy. The pillows were extreamly small, the door had decent damage from banging into the bathroom door multiple times making it difficult to properly shut the door. The biscuits were extreamly dry and hard by 8am.

Room bed had a piece of metal sticking out which caught my shin caused me to fall, and my knee was badly injured

Convenience to my activity and price.

The pillows were just 27x27 throw pillows in a standard case and thin and lumpy. The breakfast was fine, but some condiments for the eggs would be appreciated and some water closer than the fountain around the corner and down the hall.

Nice front desk people

The cleaning staff overlooked a bottle of vodka from the previous people. And there's mold in the bathroom (under the soap dishes) - clearly meaning it's not being wiped properly.

The hotel manager went more than above and beyond for my two 4 year olds and myself to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of while we were going through a very rough time.

Staff was nice

The room was not clean. There is black mole growing in the shower. It was unusable.

Was clean and updated.

Understaffed and lacked necessities. Because only one person working in the evening, she was trying to wash towels. There was only one in our room. No shampoo or lotion available.

Nice room and great customer service

Pool and guest laundry were both down....this is second time we have stayed there that is has happened to us. Gonna change it up next year.

Room was nice enough.

The tv did not work correctly, ask several times to fix or change it and they never did. The laundry did not work. There was only one working ice machine in the hotel.

Clean room and friendly staff.

The water was not very hot and it didn?t stay warm while in the shower

Very friendly staff. Clean room and the breakfast was great!!!

There wasn't anything to like about the place.

The hotel was filthy. The room was filthy. Informed the clerk at the desk and she said the Mgr would be in at 5pm. At 7pm I went to back to the hotel, asked for the Mgr and whoever the lady was on duty told me that I "looked" rude, and asked me to leave.

Pool was not working, there was a notice on the door they had not paid their taxes, pictures taken off wall with hardware still on wall, broken sink faucet, missing trim with mold showing

Breakfast, & parking

They didn't have face towels, not any extra towels, was there for funeral & they only gave me a 30min late checkout

The location.

The Hotel room wasn't very clean. The lobby floors was very dirty. When I asked for a vacuum cleaner so that I can vacuum my room I was told they did not have any vacuum cleaners. House cleaning said she would sweep the floor. I borrowed a vacuum cleaner

room was good, breakfast super, location good.menu. WiFi was excellent. Cable tv good; could use a channel

there was a "whirring" sound in bathroom; just closed the door so could sleep.

Location

There was no housekeeping during my 3 night stay, though I requested it at the front desk. The door keys had to be re"magnetized to work and unlock the doors. The front desk did not know that room 306 was occupied, though I made my reservation a month ag

First we were sent to an occupied room (scary!). Then when we finally got to our room the toilet seat was dirty with feces! And there was black fair in the bathroom floor. We don¿t have black hair. Worst hotel experience ever!!

Easy in and out. Clean. Good breakfast area.

They initially put us in a musty room that was missing the desk and had burned out light bulbs. We stayed in it one night and then asked them to move us. The new room was perfect.

It was quiet no road noise and the staff is wonderful will always stay there on my trip
