Location.

The WiFi did not work and had been out for a week. Unclean bathroom inside of the room. Dirty floor. Loud hallways and doors slamming at all hours of the night. Unclear who is staff and who is not, no cohesive uniforms; only street clothes.

Free laundry. Close to the hospital to visit brother. Within walking distance of Quick Trip and 3 restaurants.

No pool or hot tub. But no big deal.

1st room was good. 2nd room had roaches on floor

Comfortable bed

Bathroom wasn't clean and had trash from previous people, hair all over the bathroom floor.

Location and cleanliness and kitchen. It's a new hotel, so it was clean, fresh and well appointed.

The receptionist was nice.

They had given away my wheelchair accessible room. It took nearly an hour for check in for her to find someplace to put me. The roll in shower looks great but it is not if you truly need a roll in shower. The faucet was completely out of reach.

Room was great for money, fridge, microwave, even a toaster, but NO coffee maker! For me, that is huge. I need coffee! Had coffee in lobby, but not in the room. Trade the toaster for coffee pot please!

. Don't understand why a 2.5 rated hotel would charge almost $--- for one night. Plus the clerk there said she couldn't tell me what my rewards number was. I've spent more than 20.nights in this hotel without a single perk.

Housekeeping with an attitude that woke me up and told me I should've put sign on door when the room didn't have one.

The layout out the room

This hotel is VERY loud and it was very dirty. Communication is poor and at times, there was no staff working.

Friendly staff, beds were very comfortable, toilets sits were actually good for bigger size people. The refrigerator was very cold the heater worked well.

Got to the room and didnt have a cable box so couldnt watch tv but it was late enough that we just relaxed and watched on our phone. The do to hang up clothes about fell on my kid when he opened it and the only ice machine was out of ice on 1st floor.

Staff is patient

Bed bug, not cleaned, horrible management. I had to move to different room for 3 times just in night.

The elevator did not work. Our bathroom was dirty and had a bottle of body wash in the shower from the previous guest.

The staff was very friendly and kind

The room was built very filthy and a lot of things were broken in the room The floors were sticky. The telephone had coke on it. The closet door was broken the outlets in the Kitchen would not work the ceiling had two spots that had leak damage

The staff is extremely helpful and nice.

They did not supply soap, shampoo, hair dryer, blanket or any kitchen supplies (like pots, pans, soap, towels, utensils, etc.) They said it was a 2 1/2 star hotel that had these items but they did not have anything available but a toaster. I had to buy it

Unfortunately yes the room had been stripped of the TV and the telephone so those were not available for usage and there was no stove stovetop or nothing with utensils or anything for us to cook use so we head decided to eat out

Clean, affordable

No blow dryer or shampoo in rooms

Location is convenient for travelers

The beds and sheets could be more comfortable. The sheets were cheap feeling.
