The staff was friendly enough, and the hotel itself was pretty clean.

The room was very, very small and the bed although they said queen I?m sure we?re full size. The pillows were horrible and lumpy. They could do a better job with the soap and amenities and towels. But overall for a overnight stay and quick stop it was ok

The staff was really nice, the common areas were clean and the breakfast was good.

The bedding was not clean. There were visible bugs in the bed (they were super small) but one bit me while I was sleep and now I have a bite on my foot. The bedding had a few stains , pillow had an odor and there was a string of hair in the bed.

Wait for an hour to check in to dirty rooms

We were told we had to leave money for "incidentals." This was not mentioned before check-in. This is ridiculous. We are both senior citizens on a fixed income. We went to get ice and the ice machine did not work.

Breakfast and staff were amazing, very friendly when checking in and checking out. Beautifully decorated for the holiday season. The fitness area was labeled as Santa's workout spot, hah! Things were clearly labeled for safety regarding construction areas

When booking online, it didn't mention the incidental fee that's temporarily charged to the card and refunded at checkout. So when I got there, still needed to give my card and pay separately from booking. Though they were very nice in explaining it.

It has a very good location allowing accessibility for many activities. The breakfast is tasty. Couldn't believe that they ran out of butter. Found the cleaning staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed free parking.

In the bathroom there was either dirt in the crevices or black mold or both. This was around the basin and in the corners around the basin. The area needs some "scrubbing." This was room 102

The breakfast/ variety was perfect.

Not very clean. Had a cockroach in our room, ac unit leaked inside and soaked half of the floor carpet which left a musty smell. Weight room one tread mill worked out of the three machines available and the floor looked like it hadn¿t been vacuumed bugs

Staff was very nice,room was excellent, my dog was even treated nicely.

The staff at the front desk was very polite and kept us well informed On the pool maintenance, they let us know immediately when it was ready for the guests. And also your housekeeping staff were excellent!

Not that I didn¿t like because I know things happen, but I was scared to get on the elevator after it broke down for couple of hours. Scary!

It was clean, quiet and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast and coffee were both very good also!

The room was well setup for wheelchair access. Very clean and roomy.

The elevator was broken and we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs ,the pool was dirty and looks like it was never cleaned and they should have covered the hot tub with the green slime if they never wanted to clean or fix it

Continental breakfast

The fact that elevators not working and given 2nd story accommodations. Spouse had recently had hip surgery and made stay somewhat difficult. Also had ants on bed, ceiling and nite stand.

The staff was great

Elevator not working we had bags that we had to bring up steps that had no air-conditioned and the water pressure in the shower was horrible

Clean lobby. Room had a bandaid in the air conditioner. The room had ants crawling all over the bed, walls, and luggage by 7am.
