Hampton Inn Muskogee

Staff was wonderful and helpful.

The room was sub standard. The hand held shower did not work and obviously was broken. The floor in the bathroom and hall were totally wet with water. At midnight, Audrey came up with towels to put all over the floor. Very disappointed in my stay here.

Staff is super friendly and helpful, breakfast was great with lots of options, and the pool was clean and warm.

Outlets are loose and can barely charge your phone, beds are a bit hard but not unbearable just not typical hotel beds, and the shampoo sucks do not forget yours!

It smelled bad. Cracks in the ceiling. Mold on the ceiling tiles. Nasty. Noisy plumbing. Broken shower head.

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Electrical plugs and USB plugged were all broke on the desk and night stands.

This is a beautiful, fairly new, motel ... everything was bright and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, the parking lot was large and clean, and the breakfast was really good for a motel style continental breakfast.

The bathtub in the room was damaged with large chip on bottom that exposed the metal below. The rest of the tub floor was stained and dirty looking. Therefore we did not use the tub as did not want to stand on the badly stained floor.

It smelled like smoke and car liter I got a No smoking room but the smell was terrible

Staff was very nice.

The carpets were filthy and stained throughout the first floor. The room did not smell good at all. It seemed like it could have been a former smoking room. You are using an air freshner on the first floor in the lobby but not throughout the hotel.

It was clean and nothing was broken.

The bed was very hard and the linens did not feel soft or high quality at all. We requested extra pillows, but none were provided, and the ones on the bed were tiny.

Not a huge deal but shampoo and conditioner dispenser empty.

Shower control was broke . I was approached by a woman right outside the front door wanting a cigarette or something else . Carpet needs replacement, very bad rolling up carpet is definitely a trip hazard . Needs overhaul bad .

Staff was very accommodating.

My trailer was broken into at 4 am and thieves stole a few thousand dollars worth of equipment. There was surveillance cameras, but no security.

Very friendly staff at front desk. Provided me with two free bottles of water.

The only complaint I have is that I found some short hairs on the side table by the bed and some in the bathroom.

It was clean the breakfast was great

The night desk clerk was just there acted like she couldn¿t be concerned with her job didn¿t explain where the room was or were to park close to the room and more concerned with what she was doing on her phone because of this I will stay elsewhere

The pool and hot tub were nice. Everything was laid back. Breakfast was good.

The bed was pretty rough. It was good stuff and I didn't sleep well on the mattress.

Location

The breakfast wasn't up to normal Hampton Inn standards.The pullout couch didn't have any bedding, wife went down from third floor to front desk. Attendant went and got bedding, tried to hand to wife. Wife is 68 years old, attendant a little lazy.

The Hotel was nice and clean. The beds was very soft and comfortable. Free breakfast was a plus.
