Great breakfast. Staff very pleasant. Nice room

There was a dirty washcloth in the shower that was quite a tutnoff

Pool out of order and found a roach in my room. I was also accused of smoking in my room without any proof..and I don't even smoke

Location, cleanliness, and staff being friendly.

We found bedbugs in our rooms on the second floor. Got moved to 3rd floor. Bathtub did not drain so showering in ankle deep water. Air conditioning unit smelled bad and had food in it and made high pitched squeal that kept us awake.

The staff was very friendly, informative and efficient. The room was clean. Even though I was early for breakfast, they allowed me to take a coffee and bagel for the road.

The breakfast was good; lots of USB ports and good tv selection.

I called about pets; they NEVER answered my calls. I left a message. When we checked in, they had canceled the reservation. We reserved another room in our son¿s name, then had to BEG for accessible room. Husband on oxygen, needs grab bars.

The breakfast was more than expected. Very good hot breakfast. We appreciate it a lot.

The room could have been better cleaned (shower walls, faucets, bath)

The clerk was most helpful. Assisted me when my laptop at the Hilton Honors port did not work. The breakfast was good.

Hot breakfast! It was delicious! We were so happy to finally see one hotel is back to normal when it comes to breakfast. The staff was also super nice and helpful. Great job, Miami Hampton Inn!

Easy to get to.

I got woke up on the middle of the night with a fire alarm going off. And then no follow-up. I assume it was a mistake. I should have asked for a refund for 1 night. It was terrible getting back to sleep.

We need to get back to the ¿hot breakfast¿; the pandemic has ruled long enough

The staff was amazing ! The sofa bed was very comfortable. The swimming pool was also nice !

I was hoping that there was snack vending machines available with the soda machine in the hotel.

We ordered a king size bed with handicap bathroom several days in advance when we arrived he said we didn't yet our card had already been taken for it ended up in two queens no handicap!!!!!!! Ifeel i was mistreated because i am handicp

The smoke alarm (extremely loud and annoying) went off after I had been asleep for awhile due to someone smoking in another room. Very annoying experience ... the front desk attendant didn’t seem too concerned.

Great breakfast. They also had cookies during the day & a nice bag of snacks to take with me on my flight.

My room key needed to be recoded twice.
