Good breakfast variety.

Ants in our first room. When told they moved us to a new room.

King sized pillows, plenty of outlets/USB connections, nice ambient lighting, large room, great breakfast

The rooms were great, clean all throughout the hotel. Stuff was very friendly except the guy on night shift. He was a little rude.

Relatively clean and close to where we needed to be.

The a/c did not work properly in the rooms we had. They had to move our reservation to 2 adjoining rooms, because the room we had booked did not have a/c working. The 2 rooms they moved us to, the a/c was not great, the tubs were slippery.

Check in was at 3:00 p.m. Room was not ready till after 8:00 p.m. Hotel was scheduled to be at an on-site casino. There was no casino at the hotel.

We booked online and prepaid but when we got to the hotel we were told there weren¿t any rooms available and the hotel had been double booked for many rooms. Staff didn¿t offer to help to secure a room with any other location near by.

Staff were always outside smoking, we had to hunt them down. Tv did not work, could not take a bath. Advertised as casino location making you think it was in a casino not located between 2 casinos a mile away. No hot breakfast, and even the cereal empty

The room had some kind of loud mechanical hum that was constant. It also had some road noise from the interstate that was right outside the window. This was my only problem with this property otherwise it was fine.

Nothing special. I have paid less for better rooms. That was no suite. Will never stay again. The door did not shut. The hallway traffic was noisey. The bed was very uncomfortable. The pillow's were like rocks. The widow coverings was horrible.

Everything was not up to par.

We have always used Holiday Inn. They normally have the best stays, but this one was not good. The breakfast was excellent,

Very noisy throughout the night. We slept late, we went out in the afternoon. Housekeeping did not clean room!! The morning we checked out they woke us up very early. We talked to front desk about a late check out she said 1pm is okay.

Man at counter was very unhelpful. Asked question about turnpike that is right out side the parking lot. He was not able to help and did not offer to ask someone else. Explained that we were heading toward Texas. He told me to go EAST on turnpike.

Great location¿the only good thing about our stay.

We¿d been there numerous times, this time was awful. Very disappointing for price. The bathroom needs updated. Ants in the breakfast area, cooked food was awful, tables and floor very dirty. NO customer service skills!

Pool and spa were nice. The room was nice. The complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was great quality. Staff was nice.

The shower curtain had black areas all over it and it stunk. I’m guessing it was mold.

Smell in the room! Woke up with a splitting headache from the mold or cleaning chemicals in the room

Room had little ants that were noticed in morning after sleeping on an area where no food was located just keys and wallet. manager in morning said was going to refund a portion but I still haven't seen anything.

The front desk staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very good. Included biscuits, gravy, pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon and cinnamon rolls. Bed and pillow were comfy. I did not hear any highway noise.

There was plenty of parking. People where very friendly .

My only complaint would be the fact of out room not being ready by check in time. Although there was a concert in town and I know they where extremely busy.

the maid service wasn't as attentive as we have experienced in the past we stayed 5 days and only had service 1 time. they tried to say because we didn't leave our room in time? check out is 11 and we were always gone by 10 so not sure about that
