Microtel Inn & Suites By Wyndham Miami

The amenities were not what they advertised. There were NO PHONE SERVICES, NO WIFI..ONLY AN UNDECURED HOT DPOY

The 1st room we were given all the furniture had mold growing on it and the pool area was gross and needed alot of work to the area.. the pictures they have on the this site is deceiving. It is not an accurate current status of the hotel.

The breakfast and the price.

Windows didn't open for a breeze.

Convenient location, good breakfast nice staff

Constant drip from the bathtub faucet. Bathroom floor was dirty. Should be mopped more frequently.

Fridge did not work, staff said they fixed it but it was not fixed. Breakfast was not good.

Parking was free.

Room was small and smelly. Bathroom was dirty and I couldn¿t bring myself to take a shower as it was not clean. I used their wash cloth to clean the toilet so I could at least go to the bathroom without standing on the seat to squat and poop.

Its near the turn pike

The room smelled like someone urinated in every corner. I told the manager and he sent someone to spray room spray on the carpet. They're was also no hot water. Our sons room didn't have hot water either.

This place was awesome. Very nice from check in to check out the room was great. It was very quiet very clean and had all the amenities and had a great pool and a great breakfast definitely a 10 star plus

Smell was coming from the room. The bed sheet was too dirty. I changed the room . One of the food on morning breakfast was date expired . They need a lot of attention on it.

Clean updated rooms, very comfortable.

Heard lots of noise next to my room during middle of night which was the stairwell.

Location

No elevator. This is not shown on the web site. TV did not work. Staff had no idea why and were quite rude. Took over an hour for us to fix. Breakfast was pretty sad also. Vending machine was not refilled all weekend.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

Affordable, friendly, good location.

Showers sometimes drain slow and have lower pressure. Have had a great experience everytime at the hotel.

Overall the hotel was okay for the price.

We were put in a handicap accessible room ,only small shelf for toiletries. Bathtub barely drained, outlet did not work, light over bed out. We were advised put in that room because 3rd party booking.

Breakfast. Comfortable bed. Swimming pool. Cable channels included FoxNews and NewsMax.

Fitness room locked??? Stupid reason. Strong marijuana second hand smoke in the hallway by my room. Mild marijuana third hand smoke in my room. Four dead crickets in room.

The front desk staff was absolutely amazing!

There wasn't a microwave in my room, but there was one in the hallway.

Close to the hhighway. Great breakfast. Staff were wonderful.

Convenient location

The beds and pillows are too firm. There are no bedside lamps or outlets to charge your electronics.

Pet friendly and good location, price was good.

Our shower sprayed water all over. Ceiling, out the sides. TV worked intermittently, staff had to come into the room and swap out cables and then was going to swap the receiver but it started working again. Breakfast was pretty much non existent.
