- Once we got to the right room, it was very clean.

- Toilet was plugged with previous days' worth of stagnate 'stool' waste! Arrived with it this way--said they'd send someone to fix--never did! Had to use toilet at a gas station! Lights did not work. Building doors slammed all evening--horrible
- The staff put us in a room that was under construction and very dirty. They also tried to charge us more, there is garbage all over the property and it probably shouldn't be open yet.
