Pros +

  • the staff moved us to another room quickly
  • the location
  • Room and bed was good

Cons -

  • my aunt and I had to change rooms because the heater did not work our 1st room
  • the TV did not work, gentleman can to my room and changed the HDMI cable, the ice box did not work, there was mold in the ice box, the towels are clean but very rough on my skin.
  • They need to mark the street entrance better
