Old furniture, old bathroom, no fridge or microwave.

Our room was not clean the beds was so hard we had to go buy a mattress pad. The indoor pool was cold

The price was decent & the room was very nice. We just had a few issues.

The microwave did not work. We tried to warm leftovers and still after 6 minutes the food was not ready. The shower pull did not fully engage and was dripping water through the faucet.

Front desk was very unpleasant at check in. Room did not have a microwave or refrigerator. And there was a foul sewerage smell in the room

Location

I made a mistake and booked a smoking room. The smell was horrendous. The carpet was filthy. The mattress kept sliding off the bed frame. Rm 406.

Kids loved the pool

One of our rooms (312) had an extremely squeaky mattress. Kept me awake when roommates moved at night. No clean towels at pool. Many used towels strewn around pool area.

The breakfast was the only thing good about this hotel.

The hotel carpets were disgusting. We woke up with bites all over our bodies! Absolutely horrendous experience!

Nothing , the desk staff and manager would give you the run around !!

A/C did not work in the room maintenance tried 3 times to get it to work , I kept going back and forth to the room . They said they were booked and I asked for them to find me a room locally then the manager left and all of a sudden the found a room

room was not fully cleaned. trash was present in the wastebaskets. carpet was very dirty.

Decor was a little outdated and fake leather was peeling off the chairs. Disappointed in their lack of flexibility to make changes to your reservations - early departure.

The staff was friendly and courteous, breakfast times were longer to accommodate the sleep-in guests. The option of cleaning the room is left up to the guest when to request it at the front desk.

Ice machine didn't work on the top two floors.

Close to where one would want to be. Price was good. Breakfast was good.

Ice machine didn't work on our floor. Desk chair didn't slide under desk. This blocked access to a/c unit and window blinds. No refrigerator in the room! Compared to other Hampton Inns we've stayed at, this hotel was very dated.

The room was nice and spacious.

The breakfast was not as good as we usually get at Hampton Inn. Very limited and cold. They need to repair the pool and the ice machines.

The room was not equipped with basic amenities. No microwave or fridge. When I called they did move us to a room that had them. However, they were for show. The fridge kept everything warm. When we come back we know NOT TO GO HERE.

NOTHING THE FRONT LOOK NORMAL BUT IT WAS A DIRTY MOTEL!

BROKEN BED, USED NAPKINS IN THE BED, AND CHOCOLATE BARS WITH WRAPPERS. BOOKED A NON SMOKING AND GOT A SMOKING.WORST STAY EVER PAID ---- FOR A ROOM THAT I WOULDNT HAVE STAYED IN FOR ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY.

It was quite no noise from the other rooms are hallway! Room was cleaned and sheets reminded me of mom's with the bleach smell.

I am so disappointed with this hotel. I am in dispute with them as of now of some charges that were placed on my accounts. I am waiting to hear from the general manger to clear up the matter. I have not received a call as of yet.

The staff Heather is not a great communicator.
