The gentleman at the front desk was nice

The hotel is AWFUL. It looks like it might have been a 1970s apartment building turned inrto a hotel. Everything was very very old and dated

Staff was great. They provided excellent customer service. My teens loved that there was a game room to hang out in.

Elevator was small and there was a wire hanging out where it looked like there might have been a phone before.

It was nothing like what you were expecting. There were no signs telling you were the hotel checkin lobby was located. There was a sign on the main road and a half blown out high rise at the other end of the property. Will never stay there again.

It is a unique property with both indoor and outdoor pools and front door parking. The staff were extremely efficient friendly and had a good disposition

Close vicinity to casinos. Previously had a good breakfast menu.

Cleanliness was anything but good. Toilet leaks and kept water running constantly. Hot water issues. Breakfast was not nearly as good as it used to be. Beds sucked and left you waking up with a backache. Sayed here many times with zero issues. No more.

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, clean outdated rooms with everything functional. Beds were comfortable.

The outdoor pool was very green and the indoor pool carried rotten egg odor.

When we first drove up the outside looked so dated that we were worried about the inside, but we ended up really enjoying our stay. The room was clean. We loved having the outdoor pool, and the nice little courtyard seating area with grills.

It was very hot in the lobby & hallways, but the room was nice & cold. There was no elevator. The breakfast was hot and there was a good variety, but just OK taste-wise.

Room 166 has bed bugs!!! I was bitten 9 times on one hand in the night.

The staff! That was the best thing about this hotel! The location in town was pretty good. Walking distance to the casino. (But I drove) T room was clean-could be updated for sure. A/c worked in the room but not the rest of the hotel. Pool was very nice!

I did not like the apartments right next to it. The vibe was weird and there were people hanging out everywhere. They stayed on the apartment side, but it just made the experience odd. A tad bit unsettling.

Hotel was nothing like advertised. Extremely dirty, old, unsafe, and no signage. Book anywhere else in town, this place is not worth it!!

Everyone was very friendly and hotel was clean and close enough to the base and casino. Staff was vey understanding when our flight was delayed.

Love the staff - everyone was very friendly and welcoming, helpful. Exceeded my expectations. The only problem we experienced was we had an awful lot of crickets in our room. They probably need to exterminate more often.

The staff was kind and the breakfast was more than most low end hotels provide.

The room stunk from previous people smoking in the room, even though it was none smoking. There are no elevators for those who need additional help getting to a room.

The location is right off I-44. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were open. Alot of work has been done in the outdoor courtyard and swimming area. The breakfast was good.

The bathtub/shower is slippery and no safety bars entering and exiting.

I chose this hotel specifically for this trip. This is not my first at this hotel.All of the hotel staff is ALWAYS very friendly.The stand outs are who works with the breakfast bar &staff who were there to meet our housekeeping needs.5¿

Staff were very pleasant and location was great near the Army base.

Looked liked an.old apartment building thst was made into a hotel. Rooms were dirty. Hair found on floor & in bathroom, furniture with visible crud on it. Holes in wall. A bloody tissue left in trash can.Lamps & pictures dusty. Smelled musty and damp.

We had no complaints at all. Everyone was friendly from the time we arrived and through the 4 days we were there. The complimentary breakfast was great with a great variety to choose from
