- They were so friendly. Staff had everything we needed. We were coming in for Basic Training Graduation and had to change the dates and they were very accomodating. Friendly staff. clean, great serivce!
- Breakfast was good.
- THe hotel staff tried to help me with my issues in the room but failed. Very pleasant people
Cons -
- The breakfast was very meager and the eggs were too watery EVERY morning..
- Rooms. Beds not made well. Furniture was in terrible condition. Chair looked like a cat had used it for a scratching post.
- The hotel room was dingy and stains all over the walls. The bed was very hard and lumpy. I had to sleep on the couch. The cooling system did not work properly. The room phone was did not work so I had to call the outside number to get the front desk.
