Spotless inside and out, and in great condition. Comfortable bed, strong AC and a great shower. All hotels should be run this well.

Yes the air conditioner in the room did not work we did not have a good sleep at all it was to hot, because we didn’t get to the room until 3:00am in the morning were ware to tired to go downstairs to report it , my daughter keep trying to adjust.

Yes, I had to check out a day early due to the weather and I was told that I would not be reimbursed for one day and it was forfeited. also, I haven’t received my refundable $100 for a room damaged deposit.

We stayed the week of Christmas and staff kept our room clean and tidy. The hot breakfast was good even on Christmas Day. The exercise room was nice.

The shower needs a safety bar as the floor tiles are a little slippery.

Housekeeping is terrible. We stayed a total of 7 nights, and only had housekeeping 1 night. Asked to have sheets changed on night 4 and nothing done. We had to go to manager and get sheets and change ourselves. Could be more detailed not enough space

My husband called to check to see if the pool was open. It was, but they failed to inform him that the pool was not heated.

Easy access off of I-44. The hotel is fairly new and in good condition.

Great room especially for the price! Comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of counter space in the bathroom. Great breakfast as well!

There¿s absolutely nothing to like about this hotel! We were yelled at the minute we started checking in.

The manger is extremely rude! He yelled at us several times. Accused us of not paying for the hotel, when I tried to show him the confirmation he said I was scamming him. It took over 30 minutes just to get checked in. Sheets were not clean!!

The shower stall. Did not feel comfortable standing on the tile floor as there was some mold. There was only 1 tiny shelf in there. No where to hang a wash rag or anything and the flooring edge was slippery when wet and the towel rack was not close at all

The breakfast was decent but not hot or much to have

Was charged a ¿stained sheets¿ fee and we did not leave any type of stains or mess in that hotel. The bed was old the room had an odor the fridge wasn¿t cold at all andcthe tv remote batteries were dead nearly

The lady at the desk refused to give me more washcloths bc of people taking them in past months. She told me I had to bring the dirty towels first before I could get more. That¿s not my problem-the hotel shouldn¿t restrict future guests of extra towels.

My room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was awesome.

I came in a little after 5 PM to check into my room and there was no one there waited about 5 minutes some other guest arrived. The lady behind me called after another five minutes and the lady came up and said Her boss was wanting her to paint something

Loved that they had hot breakfast items! They gave us extra towels for the kids. We really liked our day will definitely stay again.

The room had a smell, although not terrible you could smell it when walking into the room.
