Pros +
- The first room we had was absolutely not cleaned before we checked in and there were bugs in the room as well.The second room was a lot cleaner thank goodness.
- Staff was awesome personality wise. Room was missing a phone, cups and towels, a random person walked into our room at 4am.. still trying to figure out how THAT was able to happen..
- Nothing at all.
Cons -
- They could of cleaned our room that day.Gave us a free room or some kinda of discount or something.Thank goodness they allowed us to change rooms at least.
- Rate was a little high for a VERY bare bones room
- No tp,shampoo or conditioner, no trash can, towels were old and stiff. Bathroom was so dirty we wouldn't shower. Bed clothes smelled old and musty. Floor was absolutely disgusting. Batteries in remote were corroded and wouldn't work. Had to replace. Poor lighting and dangerous outlets. Crappy WiFi. Fridge stank like fish, microwave was nasty. No coffee!!!! Terribly loud air unit and loud repetitive drip in wall next to bed. Sooo dirty, just no! Use the Best Western across the street, :)

Room was very comfortable and quiet.
Room full of flies, the internet wasn't working and the shower faucet was leaking all time.
