Hampton Inn & Suites Elk City

The location was good. Good access to the freeway and Walmart.

Swimming pool was closed. Hotel under construction/back parking lots were full of shipping containers/equipment. Guests were forced to park elsewhere. Breakfast was 15-20 minutes late. Shower was full of soap scum. Bed was horrible. 1 elevator inop.

Good hot water with plenty of pressure on the third floor.

Bath room door was very noisy when moving. Room number 319.

Rooms very clean and spacious, beds are comfortable, walking distance to Walmart and restaurant and gas station.

The pool was not available, we booked the room with 2 Queen beds and they gave us a King bed with a sofa bed.

Close to restaurants.

The room need a dusting and a lot of cosmetic work it wasn¿t worth what I paid for the room.

Check-in woman was wonderful

The staff at the hotel. No towels and if you want any you have to go to front desk service like going to a -- dollar motel

The hotel was conveniently located next to I-40.

It was obvious that our bathroom floor had not been cleaned. There was hair and debris on the floor.

The lady called to see that everything was good

That they put the least expensive rooms on second floor with no elevator and you don't know that when booking your room ahead of time. Being disabled and with a fixed income that really puts a damper on things. And no real parking if you have a U-Haul.

Reserved a king suite with pullout couch. Did not get one. Grandkids slept in the bed with my wife and I. They started out on the floor

Check in was fast and efficient. Exactly what you want when checking in at nearly midnight after 700+ miles of driving. The hotel is located next to fast food, a gas station and a WalMart. The bed was comfortable...diverse selection of pillows was nice!

Staff was great. Rooms were clean. We had an issue with some water leaking at the window. (There were bad storms and the rain was blowing all around) I called the front desk and immediately we were met at the room by staff who switched our room.

Easy to find from the 40

The room was not clean. Sheets had stains, trash left on floor. Worst for me was shower not above luke warm, tried 3 different times in case there were a lot of people showering at once. Never got warm enough to shower.

Overall a good price for the accomodations. Would stay here again.

It seemed like the occupants above us were practicing basketball techniques up until about 9:00pm, which was reasonable,but annoying. Room had some ceiling water damage, but overall clean and pleasant. What grab and go breakfast? None to be found.

Staff very friendly and helpful.... nice rooms and like the precautions that are in place.
