Great location, easy access.
Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it an extra night.

Cons -

Hotel had a horrible smell. Sheets were rough. Pillows were awful
I saw a coachroach in room.
Room not cleaned when we arrived at 10:30pm after long travel day. Front desk staff made up the bed. We stayed here for the last 6 years and have never been able to use the pool. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Probably will stay somewhere else during WCWS next year.
