i ordered a smoking room. this is the second year this has happened to me .
Everything! Dusty, dead bugs, and shower didn't work. Drug addicts outside down all night. Said we can have a refund after first night. Said we should receive credit in 3-5 days. Haven't received anything.

Check in staff was very nice and courteous.

The room had not been cleaned properly. The shower was dirty with body hair and the toilet had splatter on the lid.
