Restaurant next door but Server was a crab!

Not the best Hampton Inn. A little in the tired side. It should have been rated a 2 Star.

the staff was ok

room was musty, rusty, no ventilation. served spoiled sour skim milk with no 2% available at breakfast. yogurt wasn't being properly iced. score needs to come down. i trusted the high rating.

I am handicapped and am in a wheelchair, their access is great! That and the comfortable beds. Finally a affordable, great hotel.

Bathroom door was heavy.

I’m handicapped and this was hands down the best hotel experience ever!The easiest room for a disabled person too get around. We are frequent hotel guests allover the United States. Very clean! And the staff was extremely nice/ helpful.

Easy location to get to, safe, staff were very helpful and friendly

There was a weird smell that came out of the ac everytime it kicked on

The man that worked at the front desk was amazing. We brought our high school soccer team to stay there and he went above and beyond to help everyone. Because of him, I would definitely stay at the Hampton Inn again!!!

Rooms were very clean and nicely arranged. The desk had called to see how we liked the room, my son advised them my wife was handicapped and troubles getting up and down from the toilet and bed. We got free upgrade to a full suit. WOW! I am Impressed.

There was not an ice machine on the first floor, but the staff was happy to get ice from the kitchen. The exit door at the end of the hall by our room would not work with our key, staff was quick to fix it for us. So the staff fixed everything wrong.

Terrible service. We booked a room in March - 2 x queen beds & sofa bed. Arrived at hotel in September to find that the room only had 2 queen beds. Complained to reception to be told that room type overbooked & nothing they could do. Asked for additional room so we all had a bed - refused to give us one unless we paid another $149 (despite the hotel being half empty). Offered us a folding bed which had to be put in front of the bathroom. We asked about a refund so we could go elsewhere - denied. Hampton speak about making guests 100% happy - Guaranteed; an absolute joke! Spoke to April, the GM the next morning who said she wasn't able to help. Why have a manager if they can't manage? Finally offered $20 discount, which is insulting. Avoid this hotel as service is awful & I'll not be staying at Hampton hotels in future.

Location was nice and quite also was close by a water park for future stay during summer.

The breakfast was horrible. Eggs, sausage not done. Oatmeal was so water down look like soup.

The bed mattress was lumpy very uncomfortable.

Water was off the entire time I was their on the night of 30 June 23. The staff would not make any adjustments for the inconvenience. By the time I left the room stunk horribly!!! Also,the swimming pool room is horrible. The doors are rusted and the water is not clean in the hot tub. The outside needed grass mowed and weeds and grass pulled in landscape area

Breakfast was not good. It was cold and the fruit was not eatable.
