Very clean and awesome staff.

Snacks were running low but it had been very busy to keep up this week.

Very nice hotel room. Very clean.

No hot breakfast, no housekeeping, no coffeemaker, no blow dryer, no ice bucket, NO SOAP! They weren’t provided due to Covid. Not providing soap was asinine! I wasn’t charged less even though there was no housekeeping or hot breakfast provided

This hotel is one of the nicest we¿ve ever stayed in. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We will be back!

Voss was a pleasure to not only check me in but to check back with me each time I saw him. I liked that breakfast started early.

Breakfast was really good - cheese omelettes. Beds were super comfortable.

Check in took about an hour as the desk clerk couldn’t figure out the exact amount to enter for our 2nd room. Finally, the clerk said I would have to call Booking.com but emails didn’t include a number to call and website number didn’t work, so our son used an A1 app to contact a Booking.com agent who gave us the correct amount on the virtual credit card to get us checked in. Plumbing fixtures in the bathroom were old and not working properly as had to open toilet and adjust inner part to get it to refill, and the tub faucet to shower metal piece wouldn’t adjust easily.

The beds were the most comfortable beds ever in our lives according to my three adult kids, my husband and me. The cheese omelettes at breakfast were really good and perfect to start the day.

It took a very long time to check in as the clerk couldn’t figure out the price to enter for the second of our three rooms reserved through Booking.com and told me I must call them to get that amount. I had no contact information and couldn’t find anything, but my son was able to figure it out, get the amount from the Booking.com customer service rep, and we then got our rooms.

We got the room by the elevator therefore it was small, it had a long walk way and small room. We found a sock under the vanity was not ours the morning we went to leave. When we went to leave we had top wait for someone to check us out. We heard the people just talking in the what I guess is the office, we said hello but nobody came then a gentleman that i think worked there had to go in and get the attendant. She acted put out that we where at the desk took our keycard asked what room and that was it.

Ordered a suit, didn’t get a suit was givin one bed and told there was nothing they could do about it, wouldn’t take my cash made me pay with my cc. Absolutely a joke of a facility.

The checkin people were great. The night person was not well trained. The final night the was a cigarette smell coming from lower floor. Bight person didn’t know f this was a non smoking hotel or not.

Breakfast items were cold. I know they are free but they are artificial food like. I had option to have room serviced every day and took it. Someone emptied waste basket and threw the bed covers back over the bed but didn’t actually make it and that was considered service I guess.

I was greeted with a pleasant smile and check in was flawless and quick. Everyone was pleasant both days. Facility is clean and very quiet. Our concert was a short drive to legends. All kinds of food choices and Walmart is a short drive right down the road.

Ease of making the reservation, checking in, checking out. The room was spotless. The bed linens and towels were very soft and smelled very clean and fresh. The entire room just looked and felt so clean. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash mounted in the shower were very convenient and also smelled great. The room had a great air conditioner that kept us very comfortable. We are hot sleepers and like the room to be cold. It was perfect. The bed was very comfortable with crisp, white linen.

We had no complaints.
