Receptionist was nice when I changed room to one with working heat and television.

Yes. Was not a 2.5 in my opinion and about $10 to high on price.

Very dated. Non-functioning fixtures. Lack of access to electrical outlets.

Nothing! I did not stay in this hotel and I need my refund.

The hotel. It was misleading. People living at this place and it’s dirty and fly in even the fridge!

Staff were very nice and gracious. The desk clerk was nice enough to move me to an inside room since I was traveling alone.

We were late arrivals for a one night sleep. However this has amenities that would make a small group gathering enjoyable. Cater in some food and the poolside atrium was lovely.

Breakfast on Sunday not kept stocked and pool closed when we checked in, which the pool is not a big deal, but we were there two years ago and four years ago and the pool was down at those times too.

The staff was amazing. The pool was awesome. The breakfast was delicious.

toilet in the room ran all night, heaters are extremely loud when they run, and interior rooms stink due to the heavy chlorine from the pool area. Layout is weird which makes it hard to find your room. Would not stay here again

Excellent customer service and the swimming pool

The only thing I didnt like was our room was outside but its not a big deal

microwave & refrigerator in the room. Across the street from good dining options & Walmart.

The drive entrance & exit were very bad; had significant dips to maneuver.

Great breakfast! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were good sized and easily accommodated our family. Laundry was centrally located near pool. Our room was quiet even being an inside room near the pool. Family friendly.

The outside looks a bit dated but staff were painting while we were there. One of our rooms wasn¿t as cool as the other, but we borrowed a fan from the front desk and were fine. Don¿t shy away based on looks. We had a great stay!

First night room never cold off so next night they moved me the room wasn¿t hot but very humid and smelled of pot everyday.

Staff isn¿t helpful or friendly. One clean towel in the whole room and asked for a washcloth and hand towel and took forever to get. Room didn¿t look like it had been cleaned very well and smelled musty.

A bit dated but clean and well kept. Complementary breakfast above average.

There was so much to do just around the corner from the room also also many other things with in 5 minutes or less from the room.

The heat and air unit was rather loud and couldn't find the perfect temperature it was to warm or to cool the entire stay. But was not worth saying anything about.

We changed rooms twice. They are nasty and stink like cigarettes smoke, marijuana and mold. The top cover on beds was nasty dirty, floors had not been vacuumed. I would never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone. Front desk clerk was rude.
