Too expensive for what is was worth and when you have pageant girls that have to be at the venue by 730, you need to serve breakfast by 6 am. Very disappointed we didn?t get to eat before a long day of pageants.

The location was good.

They charge you $5 to park in their lot. I found that a bit ridiculous considering the size of the town and the fact that there was plenty of parking available. The front desk clerk was downright RUDE. Lots of lights not working in the room as well.

I was supposed to check in @ 3, they did not have my room ready till almost 6:30 pm I had to go to Thanksgiving dinner with my family in a tank top and shorts because I could not shower or change clothes after driving for 10 hours. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

The staff was rude, lazy, THE ROOM WAS SO HOT WE HAD TO GO BUY TWO FANS cause the air would not cool or stay on

I love staying at this hotel for years it is the only hotel that I will stay at when I go to see my family the staff as limited as they are make up for it and willingness to meet expectation.

If you weren't a member of the IHG you had to pay $5 to park. Joining was free.

It has a good central location and they had a great breakfast, something that has been lacking since COVID in most hotels.

You can hear EVERYTHING from inside your room. Your neighbors toilet flushing, showers, tv. You can hear people walking down the hallways. Our room had a lot of deferred maintenance aka holes in the ceiling and bathroom walls.

In the subsequent stay I questioned the $5 charge and learned it was for parking. The manager signed me up for a rewards membership which waived parking charge for members. So now I will get more emails to save $5 parking fee. The gimmicks and hoops !?

Advertised free parking; however, I my card was charged $5 per night for parking . There were less than 13 cars in the parking lot. This was in Chicksha,Oklahoma not NYC.

Crean, friendly staff, great location, easy checkin.

Cooling unit for the rooms don¿t work properly. Spending well over $--- a night and the air doesn¿t work.

There is a problem with our room and the staff immediately upgraded us and moved us to another room the staff was outstanding

Overall hotel lobby and other areas were not clean. A true breakfast was not served and limited items for what they did offer.

Nice big room. Comfy beds. Very clean facility. Very quiet. Good a/c unit. Friendly staff.

The elevator wasn't working and no one bothered to tell us. Floor 3 for a 61 yr old lady. So aggravating

The staff was very accommodating,the breakfast was excellent and it was also very quiet. The indoor pool turned out to be very helpful to entertain the grandchildren and I also enjoyed it.

Bed was really comfortable. King size room was quite large. Breakfast was outstanding.

Unfortunately you could hear a lot of parking lot noise from the 2nd floor. There was a dog barking and loud talking but that ended before 10:30 so nothing too serious. Low water pressure.

The breakfast was outstanding.The bed was really comfortable with nice, cold AC.Room was also large and you couldn't really hear noise in the hall.They had lemonade, cookies and coffee downstairs for guests.Hotel is convenient to ballpark and shopping.

Ants. We had ants all over in our room. I had a water bottle next to me while I was sleeping and grabbed it and ants crawled onto my hand. We were on the 3rd floor, too. I lowered my rating based on the ants.

The breakfast was the best I'd ever had at a hotel and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very nice.

Maybe just the pool. Could have been a bit warmer and more towels in the pool area would be a plus.

On Saturday our room was not cleaned. We did leave the room at around 11:15 AM but I think they should have cleaned it anyway. That was the only snag in our stay there. The personnel were very friendly and helpful.
