Quality Inn & Suites Bethany - Oklahoma City West

Location on Route 66 made it easy for us to continue our trip

Room floor was caving in middle, caused appliances and everything on perimeter to lean inwards. Breakfast at 7am was too late of start for us, no security cameras around perimeter, obvious dirty carpet in hotel especially in West staircase of hotel

Size of the room. The 2 Queen bed suite was wonderful.

I liked when they had the waffle makers bettter than the pancake machine.

All the things advertised about this hotel were lies. Dogs are not allowed. The workout ro supposed to delete ewas closed . There was no pool. The breakfast was nonexistent.

Very little. Location, I guess. But, not enough to offset the other issues.

Shredded carpet at the entryway of our room door. Magnetic strip door locks that didn't work. Rude housekeeping personnel. Rude front desk personnel when inquired about pool towels. Hotel in desperate need of renovation. Hard to believe was Holiday Inn.

Hotel is very dated, elevator worked sometimes, pool is out, tvs freeze, common areas are not clean, and bf was no good.

Breakfast and location

Slow check-in And catching a pet fee that was added which we didn't have. Then clerk argued we did have one...

The pool and hot tub were nice and we had it to ourselves 3 days in a row! We are hotel snobs and even though this isn't the nicest hotel we found it pretty great. We loved how quiet our room on the 3rd floor was, the cinn rolls are bomb and staff helpful

The elevator made weird noises and was scary, the hotel is older and the spout in the bathroom sink came off, the heater wouldn't turn off but he last 2 items were fixed immediately.

Staff

Anything above 1st floor in public site , is old outdated, delegated. A/C in halls blowing hot air.

Everything. Rooms were dirty, hallways smelled like marijuana, staff was extremely rude telling us that we couldn?t use the common area outside of the breakfast time frame because it creates more work for her. Elevators don?t work, hot tub doesn?t work

It was Quite

This was the worst Hotel experience. The room was on the Third floor when the hotel was empty. The elevator hasn't worked for 5 months since Dec 3rd. we walked down to the hot tub and that hasn't worked for 6 months since November 27th 2023.

The lady at the desk did everything possible to makeour stay comfortable.

Entrance was little hard to locate. The elevator was down.

The lady working at the front desk on the night shift was extremely nice and accommodating. She far exceeding my expectations.

The elevator was broken.

It was a holiday inn express so we were glad they had breakfast and our dog was allowed to be there.

There was no refrigerator, we were moving and had lots of bags that needed carried in and the elevator was broken. Also the hot tub was broken as well so there were many things we did not get to enjoy but not having a working elevator was the worst thing

The location.

The elevator broke and we had do take things up and down the stairs. The Jacuzzi heater was waiting on a part to make it heated up.

Nice staff.

The comforter was dirty, hot tub was out of order. No juice or milk and pancake maker was out of order for Breakfast. Had two towels, asked for more and cleaning staff said they were out. Lightbulbs out. Toilet paper holder was on wrong side of the room.

The location is right where we needed to be. And all of the employees I interacted with were so friendly and helpful! The best!

I am used to having a minifridge to keep my perishables in while traveling and a microwave.

We were blindsided when we checked in with a $50 pet charge. No word on the website when we booked. Marijuana smells in the hallway No channel guide Remote Control was difficult to use, batteries probably needed replacing

The sheets were comfortable and clean, as well as the bed.

The cleanliness of the carpet was unacceptable on all levels. Nasty stains, and it had not been vacuumed. I keep your shoes on kind of situation!
