It was quiet. It has unique features like a rooftop area and a basement speakeasy.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Cool room decor. Didn’t like that there was no one at the front desk. Especially during business hours

Location was close to where we wanted to be and was quiet. Was good stay.

The AC didn’t seem to cool properly at night and room got warmer than we liked.

Easy check in, clean and comfortable

Fantastic room and bed. Complete kitchen facilities, ample coffee pods, etc, super clean, no problems at all with surroundings.

I am mobility handicapped in that I have back problems, and can walk only 30 feet at a time without sitting down for a minute. My room was next to an outside entrance that my family was told I could not use. The handicapped parking is across a busy street in a free parking area. That is fine for most able bodied people, but I could not manage it. My family (that I was visiting for Christmas) had to pick me up and drop me off at the front entrance and I wish that I could have had a closer entrance to my awesome room. One was available, but I was prohibited from using it.

Very clean. Well maintained historic hotel with lots of class. Value was excellent. Didn't have to check in, just need codes. Bed was comfortable. Thick nice towels. The room was huge with 2 closets in their own area.

No vending machines. Parking lot is across street and poorly lit. Water pressure in shower is not good.

Unt was frigid with no way to heat it up. Tv system is cumbersome. Furnishing were spartan. Rating on internet was deceptive.

Liked the location and price of the room. I'm originally from Okla did not know about the Phillips Hotel.I will truly stay here again. Loved the apt style ABNB, my family. member had that style of ABNB.

Location, size of room, quiet.

Needs 2 comfortable chairs, not only 1.Decaf coffee is needed as a choice.Brighter lights for reading. No reading light by comfortable chair.

The property was very clean and in a great location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning was not working in my room. And my room had a very strong cigarette smell. There isn’t anyone working at the front desk. You have to call and talk to someone over the phone.

Put us on first floor easy access great atmosphere.

Beds were terrible

ADA non compliance…behind in current requirements. Not given room booked 6 months earlier …reported that television was broken on first evening ….called requested repair never happened ……entrance ramp for Wheel chair a Joke …trashy .

The room was clean and it had everything you need including a refrigerator and coffee maker with pods. The towels were nice and the bathroom was fine. I was there in the weekend and there isn't an manager on duty. Instructions are left at the front desk. The outside door and room door are secured using a key pad. Overall I felt the hotel was safe and quiet.

The only thing I found a bit disappointing was the bed tended to sag in the middle and was a bit uncomfortable.

The cleanliness was impeccable! Bed was very comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful. Close to downtown. Home away from home. Will absolutely stay again.

The shower water only used half the water that came out of the spout. The other half would continue out of the spout, and cause the bathtub to collect water. I'm sure it's an easy fix.

While the property was great, security is lacking. To get your room you pick up an unsupervised envelope with your name on it off the front desk. The envelope contains your room number along with the key pad combination to enter your room. Someone could simply look at the information and replace with another envelope. I highly suggest not leaving anything of value in your room. Also recommend that staff finds another way to get guests checked into their rooms as this is a huge safety risk.

This is the second time I have stayed here. I stayed 3 months in 2023 and was excited to be back. Rooms are quiet and have the amenities I need for travel (microwave, fridge).

Exceeded my expectations, the building is beautiful, the speakeasy area in the basement was a ton of fun and watching the sunrise from the roof every morning was worth every penny.

The water to the toilet was off when we got there, and it had flushing problems the whole time we were there.

Beautiful, updated, comfortable, great location.

Parking was across the street, which wasn’t the most convenient when a single person had baggage to unload. Also, I never saw a worker there whole time I was there (3 days).

The room is adorable, the price is great, comfortable clean.

We only have one towel between the two of us most places have 2 or 3. Paper thin walls I can hear the neighbors well.
