Beds had springs that you can feel. Poor linen not enough blanket basically just sheets. Terrible pillows flat as a pancake. No hot water and breakfast was awful. Rooms are thin and could hear everyone upstairs. Just awful

Clean room, good bathroom, friendly and helpful staff

Always a great stay here. Staff is very helpful and was able to accommodate a special request, even with them being at full capacity. I would highly recommend them!

The hotel was beautiful, super clean and all of the front desk staff were wonderful! There were plenty of really good places to eat nearby.

The pool was very nice, but a little chilly. We spent less time using the pool than we would have because we got too cold.

The continental breakfast at this hotel was possibly the best I've ever had!

When booking I had booked and reserved a room with 2 queen beds for 2 adults. They gave me a king with only a fold out couch for the 2nd adult. Even though there was hardly anyone else there, they refused to with rooms for me.

It was a very updated clean hotel.

I did not like the price we paid $--- for the night. I could of drove 20 minutes to another town and paid about $--

Clean and very nice rooms, décor is lovely, chaise is really nice

WIFI did not work on third floor for the first two days and the girl at front desk was very condescending about it. This room was a gift for my sister whose job is lead IT for a large company so if she says it wouldn't connect it was a hotel problem.

The bathroom

I don’t like the fact I stayed there one night but every other day they was charging my card $100 and then return it.Intil a coupl days ago they took it and didn’t put it back freakin theives

The location of the hotel was in a great area.

I killed a roach in my bathroom during my stay. I was also charged $250 for smoking in the room & I am not a smoker. I called & spoke with the manager & she was not willing to drop the charges. I will not be booking with this hotel again.

Front staff was welcoming, friendly & very helpful! Everywhere I looked, staff was cleaning, polishing or keeping the hotel clean & shiny!

Indoor pool

Upon check in the clerk advised me that my room had an air/ heat unit that was extremely loud and she couldn’t recommend we stay in that room. She offered to move us ( which is 4 people- one on oxygen) to a king room with a twin sofa bed. Unacceptable.

The hotel was very nice. Front desk was polite and had us checked in in no time. Clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms was not very sound proof! You can all doors slamming and traffic noise. We were on 1st floor and could hear room above us walking and banging. Bed was very hard and pillows flat!

Our room smelled funny. We think it was the AC unit. Not a big enough deal to worry about it, but a little surprised that someone (i.e.: the housekeepers) hadn't noticed before or during our stay.

This was a great hotel experience for my friends and I. The reason I put a No for expectations is that it had received a 2 1/2 star level rating and I feel like that was MUCH too low! Hotel Employee was very helpful and nice as we checked in after a long drive.
