- Convenience, comfort of room, spaciousness of room, and availablility of nearby restaurants.
- Very nice layout of room, excellent lighting around hotel. Beautiful palor, and entrance. Very friendly staff.

- Trash pick up and frequent towel changes.
- Yes, I did not like the that the room was not checked on a regular basis for trash or towels. I went 1 whole week with no trash pick up, or fresh towels.
- The entire hotel smelled like Marijuana and the room was full of roaches.
