Everything was clean and felt comfortable

This isn’t a big concern but the breakfast only had egg items with cheese in it, and it would have been nice to have an option without due to allergies but that’s really just a picky small complaint! Highly recommend staying here.

I have stayed in this hotel off and on for 3 years All of the bathroom floors are falling apart and they refuse to repair. (Say they can’t find anyone to do the work). Really they just don’t want to repair them I think

Tv didn?t work and staff reluctant to fix. Was the next day . Phone never worked. Bathroom floors in most rooms upstairs are all loose

The bed was comfortable.

The bathroom leaked water from the faucet in the tub, and I had to hear it all night long. When i went to take a shower in the morning it was almost impossible to turn the water on and never got hot water.

No hot water in shower.

I booked a suite with a whirlpool tub to be able to soak and the 6 times I attempted to run a bath there wasn't any hot water.... which defeated the purpose of staying in a room with that style tub

Every thing was great. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Room felt safe. This is very important to me.

My first room was not cleaned. I had to call to find out about my $20 deposit for incidentals would be refunded. I find that my final bill would be adjusted by $20. Is this so? Breakfast was good except for they had no milk for cereal.

yes when i asked for a motel in childress tx and this one came up in altus ok so they would not give money back and we paid for 2 motels that night one in childress tx where we were and this one in altus ok so i dont know anything about this place

Yes, I have not yet received my room deposit that I had to put down upon check-in.

Breakfast was amazing! Hot breakfast was great every day! The ease of check in and checkout!

Breakfast was great.

Checkout at 11:00am. A/C was extremely noisy and made it difficult to sleep.
