Not a god damn thing

booked king bed. Then told they gave it away&gave double bed,when I got there the frt desk guy said he did have a king room but that the double room was better except the room keys only worked for managers that had to let us in when coming back to room.

Everything!!!!!!! The location using the GPS takes you to an abandoned Gas station where the location is behind it on a weird road that’s under construction unfinished, the hotel looks like a a movie prop building halfway built. The lobby is much worst.

This hotel is a rip off. I reported a bed bugs issue and instead of being reimbursed for a room I never used, they blew me off and is still renting that room to other people. They need to be treated for bed bug infestation

This hotel is very dirty and they have roaches which i captured a picture of as evidence, the carpet was filthy and stained dirty, walls and lamp shades were filthy dirty, the sheets had cigarette burns in them and were covered in stains, no coffee

Nothing. This is not a hotel. Broken windows, boarded up windows. Rats and roaches. Need to be shut down.

This place is not fit for humans.

It was close to the highway.

Hotel is under construction and the overall appearance was very shabby.

Room wasn't available. They sold my room to someone else because of an convention in town.

Bored up windows now tv and was going to shut the power off for 2 hours

Honestly ,Nothing But the lady at the reception was nice and helpful .

Second room we were going to go into, the key did not room had mud large streak in the carpet. The large amount of carpet cleaner too strong and could not breath. The fact that each room has equipment missing to give you the third world Indian effect.

It is beside the highway leading away from this place.

Deceptive pics w a pool, no working tv or internet. Black mold in the tub. Second floor windows were broken and boarded up. Pictures online are not actual. The fire department and trucks were there w a 6 am fire alarm evac. You cannot make this up. lol.

Dirty rooms....stained sheets,floors..no microwave as said. The pictures on the site were false..tv was broken.

Room not cleaned ,black mold, raining on inside, police pulled me over pulling out and said it's a crime area asked what room I was in ...no fridge or microwave..and front desk made a key to my room came in and said they was lookin for another room

The price was the only reason you will book this hotel

Hotel upkeep is worse than the East Cleveland motels. There is leaky ceilings with buckets on the floor to catch the water. Windows busted out; wood boards covering them. NO Pool its non-existent. Customer service is very nonchalant; NO urgency.

It was horrible! They assigned me to the wrong room, it hadn't been cleaned from last guest, there was a huge stain in the bed. There were holes in the ceiling in the hallways with buckets (8 of them) catching water falling. Water was everywhere.

Extremely dirty. The entrance roof leaked harder than actual rain coming down. The very first thing the guy who checked me in said was, ?we have no hot water?

Price

It didn't smell nice from the common hallways to inside the room itself. Our room was very dirty and there were paint touch ups all over the walls.
