The staff was good, with great personslity. I could ask no bett.

better. Chair in room needed replaced, or cleaned, there was a non working lamp where I wanted one. I did not like the fact that I paid --- for 2 nights. They did not come and replace coffee towels, or remove trash. That was ridiculous.

The staff were helpful and personable. Though there was only one each of a washer and dryer, they worked well and were reasonably priced. The continental breakfast was acceptable.

The room stank of stale cigarette smoke. The walls were marred. The shower/tub had no flat spaces to put your soap or shampoo. There were the naked prongs of an electrical cord in an outlet, but they pulled them. The towels were small and not 100% cotton.

Check in/out process was the easiest experience I have had in a while. This was my second stay at this location and will continue to use this anytime I come back to Ohio to visit family.

The check in clerk was so slow, rude, & wasn't very helpful. Check in took over 20 minutes even tho I'd already paid in full. Was disappointed in that greatly.

I like that it has a pool, breakfast, free internet, cable with HGTV, is removed but not too distant from my destination in Portsmouth, and that it's surrounded by all sorts of eateries.

I found some dark, long hair in the white linens; the cloth coverings on the table chairs had some kind of white stuff on them. Although it is totally non-smoking now, the upstairs rooms particularly still smell like smoke- vent systems carried the smell

The toilets where too small

This hotel made a lot of improvements over the last time we stayed there. We were very satisfied with the room and stay.

The location of this property makes it difficult to access. The sound dampening isn't adequate for the location, so traffic noise and conversations in the building are much louder than they should be for comfort and restful sleep.

Nothing I plan on staying there every time we come to town and I’m telling everyone to stay there cuz it’s clean and safe

It’s in a great location close to multiple restaurants and minutes from the highway

There wasn’t anything to dislike about this hotel, we’ve stayed here multiple times and always have an amazing stay!

The swimming pool was very big.

The swimming pool was extremely warm. The rooms would be more comfortable with queen size beds instead of full. Breakfast was empty when we went down at 8:00 am .

This time some one was cooking something bad smell

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Included breakfast was perfect. Variety of yogurt and cereals. There were honey buns and donuts. Toast, bagels, waffles. A good hot breakfast of biscuits and gravy and fresh fruits. Pool was clean and warm.

Rooms were very humid and musty, despite having AC on. A large yellow stain on the comforter and the carpet felt squishy and tacky like maybe the room had been flooded at some point? Cleanliness could definitely use work.

There were no vents in the bathroom which means all the steam after showers made everything in the room including the covers and sheets at night feel sticky and wet. Mold seemed to be an issue due to this as well. The property overall was not in the best shape. Several places that looked mildewed and molded

I have requested a refund. The room had several cockroaches. Including in the sheets of the bed.
