Red Roof Inn Wheelersburg

The sheets were dirty and the bedding seemed old and used. There was a stain on the bed. There was an outlet that didnt work.

The sheets looked unwashed. They clerk and maid seemed to be on drugs. The website did not state the pool was closed. That was the main reason for booking this trip.

It accepts a dog without extra money.

The ceiling has debris falling off and in the floor. The tub moved while taking shower. Breakfast options were poor.

Tv remote didn?t work and staff came right away to fix which was the plus. Cleanliness was low as sheets etc had stains. NO breakfast things available when I went at 830. Nothing to choose from except sandwich out fridge

Room advertised as wheelchair accessible but chair can't roll around room and doesn't fit through bathroom door

Clean rooms with exterior doors that we could park the bikes right outside of. The owners were very nice and you could tell that they take pride in their business.

Breakfast is microwave sandwiches and cereal, the last day the office was locked so no Breakfast or coffee at all

1 st room the water did not work in the sink. 2nd room the cable TV box had been stolen. Mgt offered to move rooms again, but we declined to move again.

An older motel, with outdoor hallways, but very clean, updated and the staff was wonderful.

A few repairs could be made, the bathtub faucet was loose in the wall, but worked fine. The hotel is located on a 4 lane frontage road adjacent to a 4 lane freeway. With the A/C fan on you could not hear any traffic.

I liked that it had an outdoor pool.

This hotel was the absolute worst hotel I¿ve ever seen. From the rude, shady, mean tyrant of a manager  when checking in to the unclean swimming pool and run down room with cigarette burns in the bed clothes, smell of mildew in the room.

Nothing¿ owners are very rude. Was there for a funeral but they still could care less & very inconsiderate.

Spider webs above the door,soap bar in drain of tub,sheets & pillow cases had stains(at least hope they werent fresh),the hole where shower head comes out was twice the size of the pipe-see inside of wall.Asked for an hour / late check out,they wanted 20$

No carpet. I like hardwood floors because they feel cleaner. Also had a pretty nice tv for a rri

The owner was extremely rude. Told me I could leave when I simply asked about a moldy frozen breakfast burrito that was from 2002. The cleaning woman cleaned my room and didn¿t even change the bed clothes that had dirt on them from my dog. Gross

Front desk staff very good and room was pretty clean

Staff wws very kind and helpful; room was cleaner and bigger than expected; lots of choices nearby for food. Easy on/off for the expressway. Nice little wading pool for a relaXing soak..

Property on top of the expressway and the railway; don't expect a quiet stay. Trains blowing their horns at every intersection.. One rolled through at 4 am, shaking the place. Had 7 trains come through in 1 night. Semis constantly. I won't stay here again

Sheets were clean

Chain lock was broken on the door and had to be pushed to close all the way. Sink had weird blue residue all over it. Toilet loose and banged the wall everytime I sat down. No soap for sink or shower. Cracked plaster ceilings. Very dusty lampshades by bed

Where it is located at. Lot of restaurants around.

They temperature dropped when I was there and heater didn't work. So just frozen until time leave.

breakfast wasn't what i expected, door said open, but when i tried it, it was locked. when checking in, didn't ask if i had aaa, amac, orany other discount. another thing, toilet seat was held on with one loose bolt, hard to set still.

Location

They never came to the room to get towels or give us fresh towels. Went to front desk and they would only give us 2 and 3 stayed in room. Had to reuse towels for the whole time. Never emptied the trash. Had to buy bags to put trash in.
