- Conveniently located. We all made use of the lobby for family meetings.

Cons -
- The way management approached my guests and kept my credit card and refused to mail it to me.
- Our air conditioner leaked on the floor causing the carpet around to be wet. So wet socks for us. I did let the employees know but nothing was done about it.
- The main reason for going was to spend some time in the spa/jacuzzi. It was broken. Very disappointed. I wish I had known this before I reserved the room. I only live twenty minutes from the facility. So the time away was only for leisure and relaxation.
