No one present at front desk upon arrival (6pm sign on desk stating that someone would return soon) Advertised amenity no longer available at this location (hot tub) Chipped paint in bottom of shower. No employee present at front desk at time of checkout

They turned off our keys and hour early and because of this we could not get into our rooms after 10 am. We had to get the house keeper to let us in and they were annoyed at our request to let us in. Will not stay here again.

Quiet and safe.

Breakfast not included. Coffee was free though.

Good location, comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful, giving me a later checkout because of a medical appointment.

The staff were exceptional! This was a last minute change of hotels and staff were so friendly and accommodating. We were in the city already and were given an early check in. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will defiantly be back!

I ended up breaking my ankle and had to check out early. The staff was very understanding and didn't fight me. I was only charged for the night I stayed. I would recommend this motel to anyone. Room was very comfortable and nice.

Physical location to major freeways

We learned upon arrival that the hotel was undergoing renovations, there was a lot of dirt, dust & loud noise. Bed linen appeared to be unchanged, simply re-made. Some towels were re-hung instead of being replaced with fresh towels, room not vacuumed.

Location and quiet rooms and comfortable beds

it was not as clean as I would have expected. mirrors were dirty pillow cases were wrinkled almost as if someone had already slept on them. Front desk staff was unfriendly and not welcoming.

The room was cramped, even with a small sofa. The restaurant is closed, but they still advertise that they have one. Don¿t book here.

The location was good!

I feel it could have been cleaner.There were hairs all over the bathroom floor, like it hadn't been swept, and a couple of the tabletops had cup rings and didn't seem like they had been washed down.

Steve, As a long time Marriott Reward member, my wife and I returned to your subject establishment to celebrate her birthday in style with comfort and peace. Your hotel decorum is immaculate! Unfortunately,  seems we chose the wrong weeke

Great location off the interstate with lots of restaurants nearby. Updated rooms and lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The location, cleanliness, and the way the rooms are set up. Very efficient and easy to get ready in the morning when you’re traveling with someone and you’re an early riser! Loved it!

No; everything was terrific!

Room and facility was very clean

The room setup was weird, almost not totally thought out. The lights were placed odd places. The bathroom door would close on you while you tried to shut it. Because of where the sink and toilet wall separator was located.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The furniture in our room was not particularly comfortable, aside from the bed. Trendy is not as good as comfortable and practical.

Location seemed great but traffic in / out a bit of a challenge. Restaurants close but very busy streets to walk across.

The bed was very comfortable.

They charged me $30 extra which resulted in my account overdrafting unexpectedly which cost me an additional $35. When I called for an explanation about the extra charge, they were very unfriendly. Beakfast was not included in our fee.

Room was beautiful. Loved bathroom. Pool was the right side for families with young kids. Staff was very accommodating, i.e., placing my daughter and her family across the hall from us. Location perfect. Close to all our destinations and interstate.

The room was very clean and quiet, with all the amenities of home. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful, we will be booking again.
