Staff was nice

Dirty, loud, small rooms, low breakfast options, expensive for low quality

The refrigerator did not work in my initial room, and when staff finally put me another room...the telephone didn't work. The Hampton Inn is a comedy of errors...I won't ever stay there again! This whole hotel is in a state of disrepair!!

The room was fairly small, compared to others at the same level. The breakfast was mediocre, with little variety. The floor in my room was also sticky.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the hotel is located near many restaurants in a very nice area.

Entrance and common areas weren't clean. Desk attendant took smoke break at main entrance.

Bathroom could have been scrubbed better. Shower head was broken and there was little water pressure.

Was greeted by two friendly staff, very welcoming! The whole hotel was up to date and the room was spotless. We had enough towels for two nights stay, we enjoyed the swimming pool which was very warm. Great food choices so close to the building.

Could use a few more channels on the tv to watch

When I requested that the down pillows be exchanged for featherless, they sent someone to get them from other rooms and brought them to my room. I requested it beforehand but most hotels don't do it until I check them and request it from the front desk.

Was very quiet even though there were plenty if guests. Bed was quite comfortable and the room was spacious.

Quality of the tissues was poor.

Everyone was helpful and kind. Great location and close to the highway.

My only problem was the air conditioning unit wasnt cold enough in room 209. I set it at 65 and I was looking forward to an ice cold room. That didnt happen and it kept going up, not down. I woke in the middle of the night because I was feeling so warm.

The television did not work in our room. When we checked out we informed the clerk, they didn't offer a discount or coupons for further visits.

The hotel was very clean and seemed new. The breakfast was better than any other free hot breakfast I have had at any other hotel. They did a great job

The hotel is convenient to IKEA and other shopping, and plenty of good choice restaurants. The staff seemed efficient and accommodating.

Not on this trip

We didn't have any hot water in our room so we called the front desk and they immediately got on the phone with maintenance and it was fixed within 20 minutes. They also offered to move us to a different room if we wanted.
