Homewood Suites by Hilton Cincinnati/West Chester

The rooms were fantastic! We loved the common area to gather with our group!

The cost for these stay to play tournaments is not realistic!

I loved the room. We had a suite so the oldest had her own space.

I was thinking about this. The only negative is the one ply toilet paper and that is just me being picky.

Large rooms but seems some of space could be better utilized

Mattresses and sofa bed curved/warped and lumpy

The room was very nice. Kids loved the pool. Right in middle of kings island and the zoo.

Paid for two Queen. Didn¿t get that. Instead was one queen and a pull out couch. But we made it work. Some outlets didn¿t work

The room was very clean.

I booked a 2 queen suite and was given a king suite. I had my wife and 3 kids so this was not enough beds. I was told by the front desk I should be happy because this was an upgrade. They would not change my room to what I booked. So We left a day early.

The staff were all extremely helpful and kind.

The room was rather dirty. Crumbs/dirt in drawers and in the sofa bed.

Easy access to the interstate, clean rooms and an indoor pool.

The convenience of having a kitchen with a full size fridge! Also the complimentary breakfast had a great selection ¿¿

The only thing I can think of is the size of the pool. It¿s smaller than I expected but that¿s nit picking.

There is a note in the room that states let them know if you want cleaning service. We did not ask for house cleaning yet they were in our room anyway. Uggghhh!

Hotel was very nice! Nothing fancy, but clean and well cared for.

Continental breakfast was prepackaged muffins and granola bars.

The rooms were clean

The pool was open, however they allowed up to 10 people at one time. I suggest they have assigned 1hr time slots per single guest request.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and we love the location with many restaurants nearby and easy access to both the East and West sides of town. We also like the large one bedroom suites with a kitchen and two dressers.

During previous stays Our room was cleaner and the furniture was in better condition. AFTER we checked in we discovere that the hotel would be without water the morning after our last night at the hotel so cancelled our last night.

Incredibly roomy! Hot breakfast included. Great location near highway and Ikea. Perfect for visiting friends or family in the area.

Clean, modern decor, great breakfast, loved the layout of the suite

The rooms are a great value for the price. Having a suite and the ability to store and prepare your own food is plus when traveling. Additionally, the suite was spacious and clean.

The free breakfast was disgusting.

Great location and a beautiful suite. Check in was fast and efficient. We were impressed by the staff. This has become our favorite place to stay in the Cincinnati area.

The room was clean and spacious! The breakfast was hot and fresh and they had different items the next day which was good so you didn't have to eat the same thing 2 days in a row. Free internet and parking and staff was prompt when needing anything!

The pull out sofa bed in the living room was really hard and uncomfortable.

I like the overall cleanliness, and modern decor of the hotel. Check-in/out staff was very friendly & professional. Price was excellent for the location and competitor hotels.

No. It more than met my expectations. I would certainly stay again without hesitation.

I loved the room. Bedroom and a separate sitting room. Everything was very up to date and it has a nice modern decor. Very clean.

I can not think of anything I didn't like.

It was close to a lot of things. It was quiet and everyone seemed respectful.

The pool was very small.
