Quality Inn I-75 West Chester-North Cincinnati

Well, where did i start? Didn't get the jacuzzi room i paid extra for, lady at desk refused to help. No elevator, entire hotel had a funky smell. Do not believe the fake reviews this is a bottom of the barrel hotel. No way this is better than a 4/10.Gross

The staff seemed to truly care about the experience of the guests. They even we t as far as circulating at breakfast to solicit feedback on a couple new breakfast choices.

An elevator to help with heavy luggage is a needed and expected commodity.

Leaving

I didn?t like booking a whirlpool room to find it had been booked to a higher bidder hours before check-in. Weed smoke everywhere, filthy pool, employees, and grounds. Be careful turning into this place as the drive is right in a bottle neck. you?ll see.

Location. Our activities were in dayton & cincinnati and this was in between and the highway was very accessible. Breakfast was decent but my husband wanted bacon.

We were asked if we wanted 1st or 2nd floor and said it didn't matter.After booking the 2nd floor we were told there was no elevator. I told the worker " that would have been good information to have".We made it work.Lot wasn't snow plowed

Warm pool

Breakfast was skimpy. Nothing hot, no hot chocolate or fresh fruit. Coffee ran out

NIce and clean. Friendly staff. Decent price. Great breakfast.

The pool was closed, but we did not plan to use it anyway.

A lot of breakfast options. Pool water was warm and inviting. Appreciate that the hotel staff printed off daily information about the nearby tennis tournament (which was the reason for our stay).

Not a huge deal but toiletries provided were really puny.

Convenient location

There were crumbs on the counter in my bathroom. The floor had tiny pieces of gravel. The room felt very damp. The staff was ok. Too personal? I didn't care for the conversation about why I stopped smoking. It was weird and uncomfortable.

The price point

Trying to speak to someone on the phone about checking in was extremely difficult! The bathroom was not clean and we changed rooms. The second bathroom wasn¿t much better and the toilet stopped working late that night. The rooms were not very clean overa

They state that a spa is an amenity but only if you get a spa room I paid 116 a night which was what a spa room was renting for but I didn¿t get a spa room I could have paid less somewhere else and gotten a spa

It was convenient to our destination. The pool was open 8AM-11 PM which made my grandson very very happy! Breakfast was great also.

The toilet was backed up & there was almost no toilet paper left. The reason for the clog??

Could have been a bit cleaner, halls smelled musty, bath tub did not drain well, but wasn't frightening.

The location. The rooms are very nice.

The refrigerator in the room was making loud noises, causing disturbed sleep.

The front desk was very rude, charged a extra $100 deposit, without prior notice, and has at this time not given my deposit back. I only stayed in the room 2 hours. Because there were LOTS OF BED BUGS

The bed was hard as a rock , the pool was closed , they had no blanket for the pull out couch , breakfast was terrible and the hotel had a very distinct smell and they had no elevator for those who had baggage that was heavy and hard to carry upstairs

Location

When checking out was treated horribly by hotel clerk because they didn't want to give deposit back. Very rude employees.

It was in a great spot

Front clerk not the most friendly we only got a room to take kids swimming which it says online pool is open and I was not told at check in pool was closed and there was a roach smashed into the wall you get what you pay for I guess

The staff were polite and professional. No issues at all. Nice quiet place to rest. Close to food and shopping. When I visit the area again I will definitely stay here!
