Entry door doesn't block out hallway light. There was no hot water for a shower at anytime of day. The shower curtain was too short for the unit and was hard to contain the water. No hair dryer. The metal box the beds sits on is noisy when sleeping.

Very comfortable bed and pillows - very clean, good breakfast but they did not have biscuits for biscuits and gravy.

They had a water machine so you could refill your mug and not have to use plastic to get filtered water! This is the first hotel where I saw this and I really appreciate it! I try really hard to avoid using plastic since it?s killing us all.

Rude staff member in the morning taking personal phone calls in front of guests and poor attitude. Multiple times we had to wait a long time because she was too busy talking to people on the phone and flirting with a guest checking in prior to us.
