The lady at the counter every day we were there was always super nice and inviting every time we saw her. She was very chatty and always conversed with us

The moisture in the room made the room smell awful

 the front desk was great. Very informative and knowledgeable on the check in process and all of our questions were answered. Very friendly and bubbly when we walked in. She is a good asset to have working there

Not that I didn't like it, I just feel that breakfast should have been available a bit longer. When someone is in town on a vacation, who really wants to wake up super early to get breakfast? Maybe serve it a bit longer on the weekends?

The hotel had just been renovated - so recently there was a lingering smell of new carpet. The smell was noticeable but not offensive. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was very good too.

One minor complaint- we loved making the fresh waffles at breakfast but the plastic knives and forks were really flimsy and made cutting a crusty waffle very difficult.

Location is just right. Plenty of shopping and eating in the general area, Not too far from downtown either where you can eat or visit shops. Hotel is very clean and you're greeted soon as you walk in the door. They also have a hot breakfast every day

The free breakfast was good and fresh. Love the pool also but forgot bathing suit. Room was clean and bed is comfortable. Staff friendly

The only thing that was bad was i was put in the room next to the door that went downstairs so I heard the door slam closed often and ppl talking and laughing at times

The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the layout of the room was great for a reasonable rate. We were happy with everything including the free breakfast.

Says there is a hot breakfast, but there is not.

The bathtub did not drain well. And there was black mold in my bathroom.

Everyone was very nice. Check in and check out was quick and painless.

I asked the front desk to have the wet towels taken out and the bed to be changed. When I got back to my room, the towels were gone and just bed sheets were changed. I asked for the bed to be done. Makes me wonder if all bedding is changed between guest.

Breakfast, staff, cleanliness, pet friendly

It list that each family could have an hour in the pool, but it was a free for all, with no schedule or time to reserve. Very frustrating because my husband is immunity compromised.

Checking in at the reception desk: Staff was very friendly and helpful and had empathy from the long drive / day that I had.

It had a weird smell (like old smoke) in the elevator. So I took the stairs. Which, surprisingly enough were really nice.

Average major chain room, clean except for the hair dryer. It had dust bunnies in the air intake. Cheapest chain in area.

Thin walls, could hear the room next door & parking lot w/normal speech. Had to keep my entertainment turned down so not to disturb others. Curtains did not close completely. When sun came up it was shining in the room, Not good for daytime sleepers.
