- Booked a king suite, was given double queen room. Not told when i checked in.l. When inquired, was told they overbooked their suites or i could move to the Hilton garden but it would be smaller room. Said we'd just make this work. Then was overcharged on rate for room despite verifying cost at check in. Had to have corrected at checkout.Also, very bright light display shines into window at night, even with curtains pulled.

Gentleman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful! Very nice! I think his name was Dan.
